So with WR Humans working now, and GW looking good post rotation has anyone given any thought towards Naya humans? Voltaic Brawler looks too good to not try to fit in something with Thalia's Lieutenant.
Seen a lot of GW/Bant/Naya lists here but no real WR lists, which is what I'm starting with for now. I like the idea of Hamlet Captain and Lambholt but I feel with the meta being a lot of mexican standoff type board states I want removal over bigger creatures. I feel Hanweir Garrison is perfect for the deck since it applies pressure faster than Militia Captain and can buff Lieutenant out of the range of deal/minus X sweepers pretty quick. Since I added Garrison I bumped up the number of main red sources slightly and felt with the deck still being about a third 1-drops that mained Bushwhacker was worth at least exploring. So far it's been pretty sweet and I've had a few instances of turn 5 Garrison + Bushwhacker for a lot of surprise damage. The board is essentially the same as it was pre-EDN but with removal like Flow and Volley. Plus the inclusion of Rending Volley in the board gives me an answer to Avacyn should I need it. This is where I'm at now after testing a gauntlet at my lgs with friends. So far I've tested against GW Tokens, UW Spirits, Bant CoCo, Bant Humans, BW Control, and UR Eldrazi/Emerge.
After testing against Ramp all weekend I can confirm the biggest issue is Chandra. If you can't get her off the board the turn after she drops you basically lose on the spot.
Top 8ed an IQ over the weekend with WU Humans using Bygone Bishop and I can say the card is gas. Played Bant Company twice, Abzan Company, UR Control, and WG Humans. Lost in Top 8 to Mardu Control. This is the list I used.
I've been wondering about how valuable Kytheon is recently. It's not terrible the first 2-3 turns but after that he's not that great, even when/if he flips.
I ordered a box at the end of last month and now with the reveal of a lot of bad rares and just piss poor commons/uncommons I'm highly debating cancelling it. I mean I can understand not having Inquisition since it was in the modern event deck, the lack of Serum Visions is really frustrating but it could easily pop up in Origins/BFZ, but to leave out Mindcensor at any rarity just seems a massive oversight to me. For rares I'm shocked Blood Moon didn't make it in. Card had received a lot of hype and shot up to $30 each. That's a whole damn lot for a sideboard card. Guide not being here is really annoying but understandable since we're about to go back to Zendikar.
I'm trying to focus on what we're getting rather than what's not here but this set seems like a waste of a draft. You either pull the big money card or you've blown $40 on bulk. MM1 was an okay set compared to this since the level of commons/uncommons/rares/mythics all had a share of good/bad/limited only in it with little filler in between. This feels like either good cards or filler. Here's hoping the increased print run helps with pull rates since the odds of getting anything worth your time in either draft or buying packs is mediocre at best.

1.) Downloaded both files
2.) Unrar'd DKA pics
3.) Placed cards.xml in Program files/ Cockatrice and replaced the old one
4.) Placed DKA pics into the pics folder. (Made a downloadedPics folder)
and got nothing, I used the set of links that TheJester11 posted and got nothing. Halp
So happy to see JtMS go although I'm a little sad for Stoneforge since it's a major support in a few decks I use. Oh well just find some other way around it.

The deck is basically just lower cost artifact aggro, fueled by Tempered Steel and Trinket Mages. Other blue for negation to protect my creatures from blowing up and controlling my draw, Archangels for shroud, and D-Blades for extra removal.
