My "speculation" is that this guy is probably the top of the curve as far as Eldrazi go. I'd expect to see several more (maybe 5-6, not all 15 Mythic spots), with costs starting at about :7mana:. Probably none cheaper than that.
Check that - I guess if he's #6 and these come before everything else, that's a decent reason to believe they could fill up all the Mythic slots.
Deep Thought, the Second Greatest Computer Ever Built – Scum. Mafia. You win when you equal or exceed the number of non-scum roles. Each night, you may send me PMs, which will be forwarded to Jobie. Jobie may also forward PMs to you via the same method. You have no other abilities. However, Jobie does. If he tells you about his ability, you gain it as well.
Kenji's role was to test just how far the town was prepared to go in believeing the mod.
A confirmed townie with immunity to a single vote per day, and a single instance of nightkill immunity, plus vig powers.
After he killed three people, his win condition was slated to change, but it never got to that point because Kenji played so conservatively.
The reference is actually from The Salmon of Doubt, a book I would have been surprised to learn anyone here had read.
I am amazed that you were willing to believe that such a ridiculous role was in the game. Here I was trying to play off your gullibility, and you turn out to be more gullible than I ever imagined. I should have just made it a straight-up anti-town role just to teach you all a lesson.
Well we knew he wasn't mafia. That's not an argument you want to be leading with if you're scum.
I mean, I was playing dumb most of this game (I seem to do that a lot), but I completely missed that the first time it came up. The first player on the replacement list gets to "post-mine" someone?
I'm still confused by so many of the roles in this game.
I thought being a Mason Scum was pretty strong, though I assumed you never told Jobie flat out that I was town. Jobie's strong defense of me came as a welcome surprise Day 1. And then he was kind enough to give me all these abilities the following Night, for which we killed him.
But up until last Night I still wasn't sure the abilities were "real." I tried to use the one-shot kill on Kenji and it failed (was he protected?). Then I tried role-blocking WOLG and he made no mention of anything out of the ordinary occuring. Then, after Kenji was revealed as Vig. and armlx's "List of Instant Mafia Loss" came out we decided to put the "block" on him just in case.
Are you saying Fayul really was a SK, but she just never killed anyone? And she was lying about being able to win with either side? Weird.
I must say, we got quite lucky at the end there. After Fayul screwed us over there's no way that should have happened. But then again, there was no reason for Fayul to refuse us if she was telling the truth, so it appears she got bit by smugness (or apathy, not sure which).
I am NOT scum. i am not sure WHAT is going on. it looks like fayul might be playing some kind of con with Abso. ,though. Get him lynched and that "confirms" Armlx's list (which is NOT right) and means fayul skates through to the end. being a "neutral" who couldn't die never made much sense anyway.

That doesn't make him playable, of course, unless the environment is really slowed down.
Also, I resent that.

*more confusion*

I totally told the other mafia not to trust her.
Puzzle is still my MVP
Vote: Fayul
If you die, you are totally scum.
armlx, consider yourself asked.
Seems to me armlx is deliberately being evasive at this point.
