    What about:

    Bombard X (Whenever this creature attacks, it deals X damage to target player.)

    Flaming (Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a creature, put a burn counter on that creature. If that creature has burn counters on it equal to its toughness, its controller sacrifices it.

    Overcharge X (You may pay this spell's overcharge cost instead of its normal mana cost. If you do, it deals 1 damage to you for each other spell you cast this turn, and you can't cast any further spells this turn.)

    A few examples:
    Goblin Bombardier 1R
    Creature - Goblin
    Bombard 2
    1/1

    Burning Oak 3RR
    Creature - Treefolk
    Haste, Flaming
    3/6

    Deafening Bolt 2R
    Sorcery
    Overcharge RR
    Deafening Bolt deals 4 damage to target creature or player.

    W: Blasting Phelddagrif gets +1/+1 and flying until end of turn. Target opponent may untap up to two permanents.
    R: Blasting Phelddagrif deals 3 damage to target player. Target opponent may destroy target land you control.
    B: Blasting Phelddagrif gets +1/+1 and deathtouch until end of turn. Target opponent may have you discard a card.

    t: add G or U to your mana pool.
    G,t: put a fertility counter on target land. Whenever that land becomes tapped for mana, add one mana of any colour that land could produce to your mana pool.

    Sorcery (U)
    Exile target creature. Add X green mana to your mana pool, where X is the exiled creature's converted mana cost.

    Tutankhamon, the Undying GUB
    Creature - Zombie Warrior (M)
    As an additional cost to cast Tutankhamon, the Undying, tap two creatures you control.
    Trample.
    GUB: Return Tutankhamon from your graveyard to the battlefield. Activate this ability only if Tutankhamon is in your graveyard.

    With all due respect, but in some of the newer fluff Elesh Norn is described as having an obsession with religion, and she believes every religion has angels. Thus, she has angels.
    But I agree with the infect bit. Also, it wouldn't work against a flying deck, as it destroys all non-flyers.
