Some thoughts on the subject.
1) Magic is a game that is very dependent on location, and in different towns the players will be different. I've noticed that many players in my area are different from those you described, e.g. I don't know anyone who flicks their cards. Also a lot of people in this thread have made similar claims.
2) Asking this question on the forum is a bit self defeating. You are asking the magic playerbase if they have problems with the playerbase, (since most people here are longterm magic players). Because of this you are going to get a lot of defensive answers, because people think of themselves as the hero of their own stories, no matter what the real scenario is (Note like I said above I think that the real scenario is positive at least where I live). So I don't know if you are really going to get much out of this question.
3) Some people like to be competitive and some don't trying to match yourself with the right group is hard. For example I really want to win in a tournement while playing very silly decks otherwise.
also note that greenbelt rampager only returns to your hand if you have less than 2 energy, you cannot choose to put the rampager into your hand, since it does not say may.

At the beginning of the end step, put a +1/+1 counter on each of your creature for each spell you cast this turn with X in its mana cost.
While abilities may trigger at slightly different times, they go on the stack after the spell of ability causing them to trigger resolves, so they go on the stack at the same time in this case. Because of this, the control of both triggers, you, gets to choose the order they are put on the stack, so whichever one you want resolves first.
no, Teferi's veil phases out the creatures at the end of combat step, which occurs after the combat damage step. During the combat damage step, the creatures would take lethal damage, and die, before teferi's veil can have any effect.

Another thing, the stack doesn't resolve, objects on the stack resolve, and each player gets the chance to cast an instant or activate an ability whenever an object on the stack resolves (known as priority). This is unlike yugioh where the chain resolves.
1. yes the revolutionary says "Target Permanent" or "Target player" there are no other restrictions, in particular you can always target a permanent or player without counters.
2. You move the counter before the ability of the revolutionary resolves, then the ability resolves and you get another +1/+1 counter.
