Nov 30, 2017secretgiant posted a message on If You Can't Take Criticism of Jeremy Hambly, You're Part of the ProblemThis article is wrong to characterize anyone with sympathies to dimensions to complex problems as Nazi-lovers. Freedom of speech is a legal right, but harassment is sometimes illegal. People who say things we disagree with should be countered in a principled way or ignored. If speakers are mercilessly harassed (I don't know if Hambly was genuinely harassed) for their speech, that is not ok. I believe Sprankle has been insulted for sexual and gender reasons and I don't respect Hambly's position on how to characterize women. Behavior like Hambly's is known to exclude women from all kinds of environments, so I don't doubt that sometimes women avoid MTG because they don't want to be treated like animals. But harassing him as revenge accomplishes nothing good. It reveals that the friends of women in our community agree with these methods. The way deal with things we don't agree with are as important as our beliefs. Men in our community that hate women are harassers, it seems, and some of the men that defend women are harassers too.Posted in: Articles
People like Hambly and his speech and behavior should be condemned by the community and members of the community must stop tolerating an anti-female environment.

So anyways, white can never be evil, because like rancored_elf said, if they were evil then they would be black. They can, however, be the entity that causes the problems in the storyline, such as having cruel justice, unfair laws, religious persecution etc.
Edit: And by the way, I don't know when you came back to the forum, but welcome back from me to you anyways.
Edit #2: Boy do I feel dumb. Good thing no one reads page 2 of a 5 page post.
When on Weatherlight, he notices an imminent danger and somehow manages to shoot it just in time to save the crew.
When in Mercadia, the time he ever stood up for his crew, he threw a fruit at some kind of huge monster thug (a Mercenary), and as luck would have it, Goblins are the ruling-class race of the city.
So far, both story-line Goblins (Squee and Slobad) have had this lucky ability.
Anyways, when Squee got captured, Yawgmoth granted Squee the ability to always be resurrected when he dies. Ertai, the Corrupted kills him a whole bunch of times in succession towards the end. Squee experiences some kind of after-life each time. Finally he manages to kill Ertai.
Later, Gerrard tries to convince Crovax's army (after he kills Crovax) that he is an ally. Squee agrees to allow Gerrard to kill him (with his sword). Squee is killed, but later comes back to life.
Mabye Squee became a Planeswalker somehow during that whole ordeal, but was too dumb to figure it out. If so, he would definately appear in the block of 2006-2007. However, if so, Urza would have sensed it long ago. Too bad King couldn't find enough space to elaborate on such a bizarre issue.
HOWEVER:
Remember that, except for (possibly) Squee, Yawgmoth never truely ever raised anybody from the dead. Hannah was an illusion, and the dead plants and such were just being animated.
Edit: The Planeswalker Dyfed told Yawgmoth that he wasn't a Planeswalker in the Thran book, so it is assumed the Yawgmoth is not a Planeswalker.
This should not be considered speculation because the hint is so obvious.
Or mabye... All of the houses would work together due to some kind of invasion. Some evil force would planeshift into ravinica and try to cause an apocalypse.
We don't know the timeline of Ravnica, and the plane has never been mentioned in a novel, so none of the known characters, except possibly Bo Levar, are likely to show up. If Ravnica is indeed a hub of the planes, Bo Levar fits in very well, while none of the others are particularly qualified.
SPOILER
Bo Levar is the Blue-aligned planeswalker depicted on Planeswalker's Mischeif. He is a smuggler who travels from plane to plane mercantiling. He survived the apocalypse.
Recently, WOTC has templated creatures so that they are Creature - Race Type. We all know that this block is about a plane that is covered by a city. Guilds, marketplaces, crowds.
What if Ravnica is a planar hub? The major theme will be Humans. Creature - Human Demon, Creature - Human Goblin Cleric, Creature - Robot Pirate Ninja. The list goes on!
This seems flavorful for the plane (where you could meet everyone, and regular Creature - Human would be a strange minority). Regardless, there is no doubt that Wizards will do this to creature types some day (remember Goblin Merfolk and Zombie Cleric from Invasion block?).
Also, there could be many planeswalker call-backs.
Any other Human related themes you might think of?
