In my playgroups it is very common for people to role dice to determine who they want to attack if they are trying to be fair and come off as not targeting (especially at the beginning few rounds of the game.) These are kind of silly with that as there is no rules text saying you cannot target those dice rolls! Also, there is no rules saying that the player can't choose to ignore the results and attack you just for making them reroll or change the numbers hahaha.

Going by that sorcery-looking circle, pretty safe to say it's Grixis Wizards. Here's hoping the abilities are interesting, though not sure what I'd want with how general wizard abilities seem to be, especially on legendary creatures.

    She's in a aura circle

We are down to two tribes

    Wizards or cleric

So where did you get this image?

Grixis Wizards according to the person who originally spoiled cats and dragons (according to the facebook group I follow; take it as you will.)

Supposedly she is named "Inala, Archmage Ritualist".

All of these fit my wife's style more than mine...

Second times a charm but source?

I saw the post from the same induvidual on fb. I am still pretty skeptical myself.

Was just about to link you to that very image (as well as the other screengrab shared in Magic Rocks My World.) Still for the random onlooker, I'm talking about comments within this thread: https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=1613059062046131&id=916563408362370

I have to agree that Edgar Markov being an avatar doesn't make much sense.
He was a human and became a vampire pretty much at the same time as the other heads of the houses. In the lore he pretty much became a respected and feared character, like he was some kind of king, but yet I don't see him as the incarnation of all that is vampire, but more like "I'm the first vampire and everyone fears me, even when I'm not around!" kind of thing.

As for the wizardess, she doesn't seem to have any kind of otherworldly feature like the avarats from Lorwyn\Shadowmoor or the tribal avatars in Onslaught like Nameless One.
Doesn't seem to be the incarnation of an idea or a concept either like avatar of will.
Neither she seems a worldsoul like Soul of Ravnica.
So... Why should she be an avatar?
Ok, there are examples of avatars that look exactly like people (Autumn willow and Daughter of Autumn for example), yet in those cases the creature type is kind of controversial as it was added only later during the creature type revolution.

I doubt we'll see "expensive" lands. Dragons will have Crucible of the Spirit Dragon, Haven of the Spirit Dragon, maybe Pillar of the Paruns and Ancient Ziggurat. The others will have the same old wonky ass 2/3 color mana bases as usual.
I would also expect both Shimmering Grotto and Unknown Shores as cheap fixers. Possibly the whole vivid lands cycle.

From what I was reading, she is a Human Wizard. So not all of them are avatars if the person was telling the truth.

Other three tribes are racial tribes. It's possible but not granted that fourth tribe is not a racial tribe but a "work" tribe. In last period Wizards be careful with types of creature. I'm not truly persuaded that the fourth tribe is a "guild" (Clerics, Wizards, Rogues, ...) but it's possible.

Analyzing the image we can see a cohort of men around a woman. It's possible she isn't an Avatar, personally I don't see Edgar Markov as an Avatar, but she is the very important for other people. She had a light armor with mantle and without hood. Men have some protections and hood. There's a light from the ceiling enlighten her face. Mens can be part of a ritual but can also only bow themself to their leader.

Whole image is a set of conflicting signals. Wizzy have some great people working aroud marketing because this last image is causing a lot of pages of writings in whole world until last tribe will be revealed.

If the last tribe is a "guild" my vote go for Rogue, cause the first impression.
If the last tribe is a racial tribe like others I don't vote Humans, but I've no alternatives ideas Smile
As someone said before, could be Dimir Shapeshifters. They convinced me and now that is what I'm hoping for!

I know everyone here is thinking wizards/clerics/rogues for the last tribe, but I'm now thinking humans. Each other deck is a racial tribe, not a class tribe so that may be where they are headed with this. It's entirely possible I'm wrong, but it feels right to me.

Having said that W/U/B could certainly be a human tribe color. Granted on Innistraad humans leaned heavily into G but I guess in a few weeks we'll see.

They would have to print a lot of new cards to colorshift humans out of a GW tribe, and I don't expect that to happen honestly, especially when they can reprint so many more cleric/wizard/rogue and build from there.

I'm getting a pretty even spread in the Esper human sacrifice deck I'm making.

Esper sacrifice would be about the only way you could build humans, sure. By removing green, you lose a lot of the "humans get x" or "attacking humans get y" of the red humans, which was my reasoning behind needing to print a number of cards. If each deck only gets about 14 new cards, and 4-6 of those are probably new lands/mana rocks and some sort of new commander type spell like the collective or temptation type cards, I'm not sure how much room that leaves them to make enough new strictly human focused cards and compete against the waves of reprints in the other decks for those tribes imo

Don't get me wrong, it's doable as you pointed out, it just seems unlikely in a commander product that they would design that many new human cards when they could be "lazy" like the other three and only have to make 6-8 new legends at best.
the equipment wpild be a cheap way forward too, not too elegant though.
