For everyone asking me why I included crypt incursion:
Even if I only kill 2-4 creatures that's 6-12 life. I don't know about you guys but before I put Crypt Incursion into the deck, there were games where I would have won had I just had a few more life. And it has won me more than one game since I put it in. If I have one in my hand I'm also more apt to start throwing shocks untapped playing my Thoughtseize without having to worry about the life loss., because it does add up.
I always offer a hand shake, though as some have said I don't always say "good game" if I can tell my opponent is a little upset about it. I do always wish the good luck in the remaining rounds.
Honestly, if you get offended or get your feelings by someone offering you an handshake then you probably aren't mature enough to be out in public.
WARNING THE IMAGE YOU'RE ABOUT TO VIEW IS EXTREMELY OFFENSIVE AND IS POTENTIONALY NOT SAFE FOR WORK. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
How can you take the verbal abuse playing with people on Cockatrice. I thought I had thick skin, but this was just uncalled for. It's pretty hard to find the decent people to play with when you have to deal with this crap every day.
Holy cow, I've never had to play against someone that rude.
90% of the people I play against don't say anything at all, unless they are just saying "ok" to let me know they aren't responding to my plays. But if I had to play against someone like that I would let it slide a couple of times and if it kept going on I'd probably just leave the match. It's not like you can reason with someone like that on the internet.
I would rather have 2 Primal Hunters (as Zeman can atest to :p) and I'm a little unsure about Strangleroot Geist. In that place I'd almost rather have Lotleth Troll...
I'd also drop 2-3 Forest for 2-3 Mountain. He has 12 black sources...
Anyway other than that it looks SOLID
EDIT: well I'm unsure about Avenger but rest is solid
I have been testing avenger all night and I'm much happier with him than Nighthawk. The life gain and death touch are good, but I enjoy being able to flash him in at endstep or to block, his regenerate is good as well.
i believe i have it updated through 274/274. however, when i count for <card>, it only comes up with 249. I'm pretty sure I'm not missing anything, so I'm accounting this to computer error i forgot about basic lands, so it's complete
Azor's Elocutors isn't there. That's the only one I don't see as of now.
This guy used to play at my LGS. I remember something happening and he had to hold off on alters for awhile. let me see if I can dig up some info or find a way for him to contact you, or something.
I did't really know him personally so I don't know how much help I'll be.
UPDATE:
This is from our local M:tG group on facebook:
rumor mill stated he ran into some kind of personal issues a while back. health or the like-wise. then i heard he and his ol'lady were on the run because there are quite a few people who want their money/cards back and several are pressing fraud charges. postal fraud = federal charges = federal PMITA prison! =D but, like i said, its all rumor mill and no one knows for sure because they fell off the grid.
O-Ring Target something, if target it wont work, that is what I think.
Text: When Oblivion Ring enters the battlefield, exile another target nonland permanent.
Yes, but (and I'm gonna be bad at explaining this)
1. O-ring enters the battlefield. It becomes a permanent.
2. O-ring's ability triggers, and you target Emrakul.
3. Emrakul only has protection from colored spells.
It's a case of very specific wording. For example, I couldn't doom blade him, but if I had say, a Spikeshot Elder I could target Emrakul with his ability.
I played a guy on Cockatrice with a Liquimetal Coating plus artifact destruction deck, it went off every game too. It was horrible to play against lol.
I really like the idea for this card but I am bad at naming and coming up with flavor for cards. Also comments on the mechanics of the card itself are welcome, thanks in advance.
My LGS is awesome. The owner had played on the pro tour back in 2002 and his son, who is the manager, went to the Pokemon TCGs world championships twice in a row six or seven years ago. If you buy a lot of singles from them they give you really good deals. They have FNM every Friday, Game day every Saturday, and drafts throughout the week.
Our local group consists of about 30ish people some who are very good players and others who are not, but for the most part everyone is friends or at least friendly to each other. There is never any stealing or people ripping each other off because the owner absolutely does not tolerate it.
The store is Wizards Asylum in Tulsa, Oklahoma, but he also has one in Wichita, Kansas so if anyone is in those areas, I highly suggest you check them out.

I think this may be personal preference since both cards have good upsides they are just different means to the same end.

EDIT: Here's a link to the gatherer rulings. At the bottom it says Journey to Nowhere can target it. Which is the same way O-ring targets.
