As far as the deck is concerned, I think it's amazing. I run Lin Sivvi at my LGS and I've had a lot of success with a few other cards. If you're playing Endless Horizons, you might as well play goblin charbelcher . Flickerform seems out of place here, I'm not sure what it's doing. I'd probably switch out Gilded Lotus for Thran Dynamo. You're not really hurting for W. I also think that Sun Titan is essential. I could see a lot of reasoning for putting in Sword of Feast and Famine. It leaves you with untapped mana for Sivvi tricks. It wouldn't hurt to pull some weaker cards like Mine Excavation for another strong play like Sword of Fire and Ice or Umezawa's Jitte.
So it seems that white generals build the "fairest" deck. Having a sweet spot for the plains, I'd like to change that. What infinite combos are synergies are available to a monowhite general? Things like Stuffy Doll and Guilty Conscience.
Here's the strange thing: he's still playing stoic rebuttal and no mana leak. Whaaa? Aside from the dead kittens, I think that Tezz plays best in a poison build like thewhetherman's deck. I think the original build relying on a component of indestructability is a fairly janky means of victory. If you end up with a darksteel myr and no tezz, it's a pretty loose scenario.
How are the Argent Sphinxes working? I feel like they're a little underwhelming in this list besides being a fairly aggressive way (losing out to phoenix on the draw, burn the impure in any situation) to deal with Koth. Do they seem to do that job? They seem pretty sub-optimal.
How's Blue Sun's Zenith working? Seems a bit costly in this format for an instant speed mind spring costing U more.
Personally, I've found the RB fixing to be a little inconsistent to fit grasp, skinrender, ooze, and koth in the deck. I consistently will have trouble finding RR even with fairly standard fixing typical for the RB midrange decks that have been showing up every once in a while.
I've been loving the palladium myrs as a 3 of but I'm a little underwhelmed with the leaden myrs. I don't know that I need to hit skinrender or ooze turn 3.
I'm fairly skeptical of Halt Order. That card just never pulls its weight for me. I'd recommend putting another Volition Reins in the sideboard. Big Red players are terrified of that card. You might want to put another Mimic Vat in the board. Getting some cards under that just makes decks cold until they get a Shatter-effect.
I've been testing this online but haven't entered a daily yet. Right now I'm posting very strong results against Architect Blue and UW Control. Being able to out card-advantage a control deck via Oozes and Replicas is a beating. Even further the Oozes make Sunblasts a very weak wrath effect. White weenie is a joke match up so far.
The most painful match up thus far has been Big Red and the B/R midrange varients running around. Wurmcoils help post-sideboard as do Tumble Magnets and Memoricides. I don't necessarily know what hoser there is for that deck in this format. That being said, I'm posting 55% win.
So, I'm pretty much a skeptic. How does this beat UW control? How does this deck deal with Big Red (traditionally the WW match up has been laughable)? I don't necessarily find that much different between this and the traditional WW build except that you have an easier time connecting with the 4 glint hawk idols and glint hawks.
This is a format where there are better things to be done than drop a myr galvanizer on turn three. Koth, Grand Architect and Scrapmelter all come to mind.
I have had quite a lot of success as a Big Red player playing 3 Precursor Golem MD and 1 SB. Against UW Control it has been an all-star. It's very good against architect blue as well. The best card they have to deal with the big finishers characteristic of SOM block is volition reins. If they spend 6 mana and a turn on stealing a 3/3, I'm more than happy to oblige.
This isn't really a block deck at all. I'd suggest that you repost in some section of the casual forum. With that said, with deckbuilding you want to focus on a certain objective. With an exalted deck the goal is obviously to capitalize on creatures and speed. I don't know exactly what your budget is but I think increasing Rafiq of the Many would cost only around $7.
Triumph of the Hordes
Birthing Pod
Praetor's Grasp
I would contend that Phyrexian Ingester stands a good chance to be a top blue creature.
