If I remember correctly, MTG-BR's MWS is managed by Alex Meusburger, who constantly promotes MWS EasyInstall. It's entirely possible that MTG-BR's version of this is not capable of being updated with a text patch, and you're stuck waiting until EasyInstall gets its update. If you move your decks and pics to another folder, and install with the version given out by mwsgames.com (the official source) and use their gamepack (http://mwsgames.com/download/mtg_gamepack.exe), and move your decks and pics back, you should be able to apply the patch in this thread without issue.
I added the set OGW with this file, but didn't work that good, then I found on SlighltyMagic an updated database from GoblinHero and I used that (didn;t find his usual mws theme this time)
Now I have the new cards but the colorless mana is now untap symbol, how to fix it?
Can someone share his own *.mwtheme please?
Thanks
Goblin Hero literally did the exact opposite of what I and MWSProbs did for colorless mana symbols (and given that MWS seems to prefer his stuff, his will probably become standard). If you want to use his stuff, use his (which means updating the entire card db so you catch all untap symbols, as well as a new theme). If you want to use our stuff, use ours. Do not mix and match, as it will not work out.
Sorry about the mistakes in the patch. I've corrected them and uploaded the revised file. To the best of my knowledge, there's no way to export a set out of Magic Workstation--you'd want to edit the text file you used to add the set. If you find any more errors, please let me know.
Can you elaborate on "you might need to click the master base (not the active deck)." I am getting the master-like error, and I'm not sure what to do exactly.
While looking at MWS as you would normally would to add cards to a deck, click on the giant list of all the Magic cards ever made. If that fails, you can try just restarting MWS.
After downloading, you'll need to go close Magic Workstation, then reopen it.
Go to Tools, then Add/Analyze/Remove Sets. Choose "Add Edition".
Fill in "Oath of the Gatewatch" for the Edition Name, "OGW" for the Edition Key, and mark the box "Get data from text spoiler." After that, you should be able to select the txt file that you downloaded.
After that, hit Next Page, then hit Add Edition. You should see that it adds 184 cards (204 if you use MWSProbs' patch). If you get a "Current grid must be master-like" error, you might need to click the master base (not the active deck), and try this again.
After it's added the cards, choose to save the master base, then close Magic Workstation. (If you only downloaded the patch, you can stop here.)
Go to the folder where you have Magic Workstation installed, and open the Themes folder.
Rename Default.mwtheme to Default.mwtheme.bak
Add in the new Default.mwtheme (If you only downloaded the patch and the theme, you can stop here.)
Go back to the Magic Workstation install folder, then open Pics.
Copy the pics here. They should be in a folder named OGW.
Makes perfect sense. I've updated my original file with it, and future colorless cards will also have it. How do you edit themes, by the way? I've had absolutely no luck finding any resources for it. It looks like a zipped file, but I can't seem to open it.
Here's a starting patch for Oath of the Gatewatch, currently sitting at 60 cards. I plan to keep it updated.
The patch has been finished and can be found below with artists and flavor text. I couldn't figure out how to get different versions of lands in the spoiler, so you'll need to add versions to Wastes after adding the patch in order to get the different pictures to show.

This patch has been made obsolete. MWS refactored their symbols to use GoblinHero's symbol setup. You can download a new gamepack here. It is advised you update to this version to keep up with future releases.
For MWS, you need to download the file first. Then you should close it (if you have it open), open it, then go to Tools, Add/Analyze/Remove Sets, and a dialogue box should pop up. You want Add New Edition, and then you'll want to fill in the name (Battle for Zendikar), Key (BFZ), and mark the box that says "Get data from text Spoiler". Then choose the file's location in "Path to Spoiler" and the other boxes should populate. Then hit "Next Page", "Add Edition", and it should add them. Make sure it did by searching up a card you know is in this set, then save the deck/library, then close MWS and reopen it again (just to be sure you don't lose the set).
It definitely did! I also found a couple errors in image names and updated those as well. Everything's been updated in the downloads.

And, as I've said in my original post, I do not want to use EasyInstall.
I've tried using the MWS EasyInstall database, and it causes a insufficient memory error. Your items seem to only work with EasyInstall.
