I like Vorinclex more. I just dont see hardly ever Plotting this guy. Maybe if your cube is lower powered. Taking a turn off for that seems like a disaster waiting to happen. All of this talk of following up Plotting this with a Hermit really wont happen that often in practice.
Its better than Thragtusk, but that is a favorite of my group and still holds up well enough.
I guess I dont see why you would counter your own Solitude? As for Valki, when you cast a double sided card for free, you can choose which side. Works with Bring to Light as well.
I think so you get the 3/2 body.
Evoke solitude on their turn, counter plot it, then cast it from exile on your turn for free.
seems like a LOT of setup for a 3/2 body lifelink but it’s still a cool interaction.
I think this card is deceptively powerful, but it’s hard to evaluate. Very annoying in a tempo shell against slower decks and good against counter magic.
Ya i guess I can see some cases where this could be ok. More likely you would Evoke the Solitude and use the Aven to counter their counter.

7 mana is very castable tbh. I think this is definitely the best of the 7 drops. Hornet Queen is not what these decks are looking for, and this slightly edges out Titan imo.
I been thinking about something, does anyone think Godo, Bandit Warlord might be something we could see play nowadays not as an combo piece with Helm of the Host, but a value 6 drop OR reanimator target to tutor up powerful equipments like Kaldra.
I dont think it would be worth a deck slot in a medium to high power cube.
