Thank you trancecat. I can't believe I missed the flavor of Hammerheim, agreed on keeping that one(probably in the place of a mountain) . Which changes do you disagree with clownbaby? Also I agree on the inclusion of godo for the tutor/attack phases and ondu giant. Perhaps remove savage beating and darksteel ingot(less on theme) for them respectively? Although savage beating is such a blowout im unsure.
What Scott said for the most part. For those colors I would pick either vhati il-dal who works well with -1/-1 counters, vela the night clad who makes our artifact infectors unblockable, or Edric, spymaster of trest who refills our hand when our little infectors get through. I personally played a mikaeus, the lunarch proliferate deck that won off of infect regularly.
So overall what I'm trying to do here is make your manabase/ramp package smoother, work on increasing synergy where available, cut down on removal a bit while making it more versatile, and throw in some strictly better cards.
For the manabase/ramp package, I would fill out the rest of the duals/fetches along with land ramp that can grab your duals to achieve the best fixing possible. Mutavault is just there for synergy with creature type effects.
For synergy, there are more effects that work with your giant-warrior theme to allow them to do more. And there are(slightly, only 3) more warriors. I also cut down on the equipment for more global effects to help your entire army.
Overall I like the idea a lot, best of luck! If you have any questions on my suggestions at all, feel free to ask.
EDIT - I removed primeval titan because of the ban, I also am curious if you still play this deck?
Add a proliferation theme along with leech bonder to be able to add bribery counters without people drawing cards. Add in aurification as a second gwafa.
If you don't play her already, I think auratouched mage + flickerform + repeated blinks is a really fun way to win.
Especially when you are in blue as well and can then put Treachery on him after. Then put other CIP ability aura's and it's all gravy from there. Lots of tasty gravy.
there are 2 populate cards in green and they are terrible. will do it with Hazezon though. It will be epic when I have Lovisa on Soul Foundry and Mirror Gallery. I miss Mark Tedin. so cool....
My long since retired deck built around Lord Magnus is the only deck i've seen that was actually built around his abilities. Might be interesting for you to check out.
http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/showthread.php?t=313459 There it basically is. Before I had retired it I tried many different themes and such but the basic idea of bouncing him to make your creatures temporarily unblockable with a global forestwalk/plainswalk is the only real way I could find of truly building around him. Make sure to post your list as well as I love making things commonly thought useless to work. My current projects are a Boris Devilboon and Jaques le Vert decks and will be posted after I get some games in with them.
As for Stangg you will need Mirror Gallery if you are including all the doubling effects as the token is legendary. Also if you find a way to tutor that out consistently then perhaps some of the mono green populate cards from RTR would be cool to make a bunch of Stangg Twin tokens. When I played it for a short time I went warrior tribal. Sosuke, Son of Seshiro, Lovisa Coldeyes, Boldwyr Intimidator, Bramblewood Paragon, Brighthearth Banneret, Obsidian Battle-Axe. Then a bunch of token makers and such. I ended up taking that deck apart to make a Hazezon Tamar warrior tribal deck which is now becoming my Jacques le Vert deck since I like to try new things and another person in my group runs Hazezon.
I've kept Squee, Goblin Nabob together out of spite even though he became incredibly weak when I stopped playing the deck as stax. Now it is just completely themed around durdling with red card advantage, creature sacrifice and triggered abilities based around those. Still great fun to play but worth too much to bring to most gatherings since it is still pimped out for the most part. I will probably never take it apart despite my interest in other mono red generals, as squee has been my favorite card since wayy back.
My other would have to be Zuberi, Golden Feather. I plan on building this deck in honor of my old friend/coworker that passed away from a brain tumor last year. His favorite deck of all time was an old 60x4 griffin deck that he played against me back in the day all the time. It was total jank but we always had fun with it. It was in the true spirit of edh before the format even existed.
Updated for return to ravnica, slowly assimilating every single card in this list so I can make good use of the foil Atogatog that I traded for earlier this week. Hopefully my long held dream of having an all pun edh deck will come to fruition!!
Indeed, that used to be in here too, and I used to love it. But then I made a few well-deserved cuts, and it seemed to not do enough. The major issue with it was I felt that too often I didn't have a big enough guy to enchant with it, and it stayed in my hand. Or I'd draw it when I really needed something else. To put it into more sophisticated Magic terms, it seems like it requires some sort of board position in order to add board position, but the advantage goes away at end of turn (not to mention paint an even bigger target on whatever I want to enchant, and enchanting a Goblin token seems ... a bit of a waste)
So it got le cut
I beg you to reconsider, all it requires is one creature, homura activated, and mana. Pump the creature it's attached to and then you get a bunch of tokens that are each pumped +2/+2 flying. It won games in my deck.
If I were to build it I would include one main theme in particular, creatures with both ETB effects and evasion that can work with your ninjutsu mechanic. Then combine that with a repeatable return creature to hand effect and you have multiple ETB effects happening simultaneously with your attacks for an attrition-aggro strategy.
I already built this deck with Kiyomaro, First to Stand as the general. Add in lots of card draw and cards with buyback and other white cards that stay in hand and just recur martyr of sands. Kiyomaro also combos with cards that give him a pinging ability like Viridian Longbow and cards that untap him to gain X amount of life repeatedly. This with some deterrents to general damage and such can make an incredibly effective deck. Mass discard sucks though =p.
Edit. Kiyomaro is the best general for this strategy because he wants the same thing as martyr does, which is horde cards in your hand.

Make sure to include a Sunforger package so you can tutor out Eyes in the Skies, Rootborn Defenses, and Sundering Growth. Then add in Wheel of Sun and Moon and you have repeatable use of your sunforger targets.

Paradise Mantle and a ****ton of 1cmc draw spells like Brainstorm?
Perhaps Dual Casting to be able to copy any spell you cast for simply R.
Quicksilver Dagger on it would do some damage and draw some cards.
Elemental Mastery along with Skullclamp would draw a ****ton of cards.
That's all I've thought of so far in regards to breaking him.

1 Cadaver Imp

1 Pilgrim's Eye
1 Thieving Sprite

1 Marsh Flitter
1 Puppeteer Clique
1 Shriekmaw
1 Reiver Demon
1 Dragon Mask
1 Skull Collector
1 Umbilicus
1 Blood Clock
1 Throat Slitter
Maybe consider Death Match if your meta isn't too token heavy.
