I didn't mean dragon as a replacement for Koth, just something I wanted to test out in general. It seems like it could be good, and every time I've had it out thus far it's been a big help.
Edit: I can't read what set cards are released in lol
I feel like Koth isn't too great in current meta. Fatal Push is really good against him. Surely siding him out against Death's Shadow decks is the right move? What to side in instead?
Favorite Playstyle: Tempo, Control(in no particular order)
How Competitive: , FNM, PTQ
Favorite Cards/Colors: I wanna play blue. I really don't want a Geist deck or some U/W/x midrange.
Budget: I want to avoid stuff like Bob and Goyf at first if at all possible.
Staples Owned: none
I want to get into some paper Modern, and I want a safe deck. I was thinking some sort of tempo deck, but most of those need either Dark Confidant or Tarmogoyf, which I'm trying to stay away from at the moment.
Is there something like this (no Delver preferably more midrange) could you guys link me to a decklist/discussion thread? I have been looking but delver seems that closest, but not what I'm looking for. Maybe it has a strange deck name?
My favorite card is Bitterblossom. It's just so great from a design perspective, flavor, and it's super powerful. Only problem is, I'm not getting them in bulk any time soon.
Man, I'm just getting into Legacy, but the only Cabal Therapy, Lilianna of the Veil, and Duress that I could find are either foil or the Graveborn ones.
So after all of the Gatecrash prereleases I've done, I've picked up a playset of foil Enter the Infinite. (the first three were in my actual packs o.O) So what do I do with these? I know there's some Omnicience combo. I think.
It doesn't really sound like the guy in OP's complaint is cheating. He's sideboarding cards that should be mainboard? Okay, so what. I may be wrong, but in draft formats, your sideboard is all of the cards you draft that aren't mainboard. That's a lot of cards.
A friend of mine is a nightmare to play against and a really great player. He freaks out when you draw before you untap, stuff like that. Outside of a game, he's really chill and cool, but in a game he is intense.
Edit: I can't read what set cards are released in lol
Also I'm gonna try out Sin Prodder and Avaricious Dragon, they seem like they might be good.

Here's a BUG Tempo thread. It sounds like it's exactly what you want. Most lists skip on Delver and you don't need Tarmogoyf.

2 Ash Zealot
2 Mentor of the Meek
1 Zealous Conscripts
Instants and Sorceries: 22

4 Azorius Charm
2 Izzet Charm
4 Searing Spear
4 Pillar of Flame
4 Desperate Ravings
4 Glacial Fortress
2 Hallowed Fountain
2 Steam Vents
2 Island
5 Mountain
2 Plains

The lands are a little wonky, but I can fix that. Anything else?
I'm really sorry about that. About half of my town was out of power until four in the morning.
You could use a combination of Blue Sun's Zenith to mill them and just drawing into a Laboratory Maniac, play it, then draw until you win.
Eternal Command isn't a bad deck for control/midrange. The Wafo Tappa deck is also pretty sweet.
