Heres where people are making the mistake with twincast and epic. I am no pro nore do i claim to be, but when you keep seeing the same thing over and over again you sometimes need to point it out. Epic spells are not ment to win you the game instantly. it is not a guarenteed win it gives you the chance to win. Twin cast is versatile i dont care what people say that its useless and is circumstantial give me a situation where i cant use twin cast then i might agree with you. Twin cast can be used as a counterspell or to get off extraction before the person casting it or do a double extraction. Sometimes for you "pros" out there you need to step off your high horse and really think about cards. I am one of those people who find a diamond in the rough and find ways of using them and all cards have playability.
I was one of the blievers of the other poster believe it or not. I thought wizards was getting desperate and wanted to sell a ton of core sets. But thanks phil you lightened the gullability blow for me.:tongue2:
I played with a rogue seismic assault deckat FNM that consisted of larva and hysteria as side board and got in 6th go me? the larva was for tooth. I would play with it in regionals if i had more experimenting time.
Ok i have a really fun idea for a cosmic larva deck.... yes yes i know terrible card right? well i beat tooth and nail everytime i played with em so cant be that bad right? I was using them in a seismic deck with mass hysteria. Well with saviors new big red guy out the 6/5 with haste at the end of your turn return a red creature to your hand with the larva is just beautiful how can ya pass it up. The question i have tho is What else does this deck need. i realize seething song and desperate ritual are great adds. i was thinking spark elemental, the new sorcery that gives 3 spark tokens for 5 and then lightning coils, and last spawning pit. the problem is what else do i use??? i love big red creatures and that is why i love the larva. I would appreciate some suggestions.
EDIT: was also thinkin coretappers and power conduets but this isnt a dedicated lightning coils deck. coretappers are a must cus you can drop tap sac for 3 tokens cus of hysteria and youll get a 4th for his death on the coils. just 1 away then. Eon hub came to thought but coils would get screwed in the process.
Dunno if anyone replied to my first post but again..... abyssal is not a RARE they will not put it up on a booster box. Unless they have put a common or uncommon on a booster box. if so please post a link. until then i stand by its not rare so it wont be abyssal.
EDIT: I should elaborate a bit more. i know hyppie is not a rare either, but it was printed so long ago it is possible to make it rare. Look at hurricane it started out as an uncommon and moved to rare later on. The most logical specter in my mind is tainted specter. Not overpowered,no combo that i can think of that will "win you the game". to be honest either or would be nice to see again. oldies are always good.
Do they even put uncommons or commons on booster boxes anyway? If it was a specter it would have to be blazing, doomsday, entropic, hollow, hyppie, silent, or tainted. They are all rare, then again ive never seen all the booster boxes or boosters so i dont know if they have ever put an uncommon or common on one.
Here's a question: can you fetch this guy with enchantment tutors, like the new Enduring Ideal?

I'm going to elaborate on the No you got from your question. A flipper has the same type throughout the game in your graveyard, deck, hand, and play, until it meets the actual requirements for flipping while hes in play. otherwise he will always be a creature 1/1 for 1U.
i think he clones legends or only legend abilites. another clone would be cool but id like the legend cloning ability it just seems more usuable cus if you clone a legend they would both die if you clone its ability ta da we have your card.
Highly doubt personal tutor they dont just restrict cards then reprint. The reason they dont restrict in type 2 is because they are only around for so long. Im betting this would get banned after the first month of standard play. Too many cards would be abused with this. Does tooth and nail mean anything to anyone??
