Swapped a few more cards out... Quick question. say I have 2 Pyromancer Ascension out with 2 quest counters, as well as 2 lvl 4 Echo Mages and I play Melt Terrain... That would give me 7 Melt terrains for... 2RRUUUU... Correct?
Yeah, all the cards in here right now are what I have on me right now... Really liking Isochron Scepter... Found the Æther Membrane... Seems like it would fit incredibly in here, so I swapped it for a few creatures... Not entirely sure what I need/should give up next...
Are there any permanent creature control spells cheaper than 5 cmc?
I've decided that I want to try and run a Counter/Bounce (assuming cards such as unsummon) deck with a slight Control element. Mainly I want to be able to keep the field clear long enough for me to send out my Sphinx of Magosi and my Splinter Twined Conquering Manticores. Any thought/suggestions?
He loves using land destruction cards too... Should I throw in some counters in there somewhere like Cancel or Counterspell or even Blue elemental Blast since it's only a single U?
After some major rethinking after looking through this thread at the responses and the chosen cards, I've realized it was a crap deck. But I have decided what I want. I do want to make a Milling deck. I'll put cards into my sideboard to help combat the Eldrazi deck... Still a few short there though...
Sweet! I had a feeling, but I wasn't entirely sure... I might have to tear apart my forest deck and throw something revolving around that together... Also, since that question was answered, it is legal to have two different planeswalkers out right? like Jace Beleren and Venser, the sojourner... I keep asking people, but they don't give me answers...
Not really entirely sure how they work... Do they always give just a single one, or say if I have a gigantiformed necropede, does it give 8 -1/-1 / Poison counters?

Would like to throw in a few Jace's Erasure as well as some more Jace's Ingenuity
Question about Venser... His +2 ability (Exile target permanent you own, return it to the battfield under your control at the beginning of the next end step.) am I able to use that as an instant? Say someone casts a 6 fireball at my non-upgraded Sphinx of Magosi... can I use that ability as a counter and exile it before it gets destroyed?
Would it be more feasible for me to swap my lonely Sphinx for either an Æther Membrane or another Echo Mage? He's now my highest cmc card at 6...
I know on one of those Isochron Scepters I would imprint a Counterspell... You're able to pay the kicker cost on the copied card, right? If so, my othe one will be for Into the Roil. If not, then would it be better to imprint Lightning Bolt or Boomerang or Diminish?
Also : Would a copy from the Scepter trigger Pyromancer Ascension's Quest counter gain?
