Concerning the Oath spoiled cards, I'm not sure what should be added and removed from the deck. Conduit of Ruin will probably become a Kozilek, the Great Distortion, because being able to cast it very reasonably on turn 4-5 seems too good... Thought-Knot Seer also seems good as a 2-of, but the deck currently works so well, I can't see anything go away... Maybe Endless One ?
Combo decks are definitly the toughest matchups, but the discard spells help a lot.
I wonder if they change the story because of the Kozilek's card leak. And as someone pointed out, Omnath could also be the one rising from the depths of Zendikar, and now that he is an angry elemental, he could go and wreak the Zendikari.
Zendikar block had 6 Walkers : Sorin Markov, Nissa Revane, Chandra Ablaze, Jace the Mind Sculptor, Gideon Jura and Sakhan the Mad. So it looks like blocks can have more than 5 walkers...
Whenever a creature you control deals damage to a creature you don't control, you may pay 1G. If you do, draw a card and put a +1/+1 counter on your creature. T, tap an untapped creature you control: That creature fights target creature you don't control.
Planebreaker [-9]; "Destroy all lands you don't control"
Warlord transform trigger; "At the beginning of each end step"
Warlord creature class; "Berserker"
Planebreaker ultimate; cost [-9]
Planebreaker [-3]; "You may have it fight"
Fine, and ? You just took advantage of your opponent's move !
BTW, destroying lands don't mean destroying creatures, enchantments, artifacts, whatever. If you want to blance the power, don't change it or don't change its cost. Change the cost of the creature. IMO, 5 mana is not enough. I was expecting more like 3RRR or 4RRR.
His ultimate is just fine. If you can deal 9 damage in 1 turn to an opponent, you are already winning the game, since he must have no blockers, or you got a lot of creatures. So destroying all your opponents lands is just over winning.

I'm in the clan ''4 Eldrazi Temple, 4 Eye of Ugin, 4 Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth''. You really need every land to make the deck work, just like a Tron deck needs all his Tron pieces.

- Mirrodin / Kamigawa / Ravnica / Time Spiral / Lorwyn / Shards of Alara / Zendikar
- Scars of Mirrodin / Innistrad / Return to Ravnica / Theros
My guess is that Theros will be much like Time Spiral.
Edit : BTW, here's the list I run :
4 Chancellor of the Dross
4 Chancellor of the Forge
1 Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite
1 Myr Battlesphere
Enchantments (5)
2 Heretic's Punishment
3 Intangible Virtue
3 Go for the Throat

Myr Battlesphere with 1 Intangible Virtue in play hit for 20 damage the turn after. Awesome out-of-nowhere victory !
Is a green splash for Mulch really worth it ?
For Griselbrand, I agree with you that he is a beast.
Yes, a tapping enchantment !
That would be funny !
Warlord transform trigger; "At the beginning of each end step"
Warlord creature class; "Berserker"
Planebreaker ultimate; cost [-9]
Planebreaker [-3]; "You may have it fight"
Edit : Berserker Lord would be fun !
