see tezzeret is 1.0 is amazing mainly because of factory, you animate factories pump them than untap them than swing, not to mention the other tezz's bring artifacts onto the battlefield, (engineered and chalice) is ridiculus, most of the time i see a trinisphere, its a rarity i use his 2nd ability unless its a last resort. I originally made this deck with tezz 2.0 and found that just turning an artifact to a 5/5 is nice but turning all my artifacts to 5/5s is amazing.
I recently posted in a few threads with different ideas on how to make a new type of stax deck however i tried to do to many different things and found that in the end this idea has been working fairly well in the play testing that i have done. However, i am looking for suggestions:
So this is a better idea i was thinking of, the sideboard is up in the air at the moment, i think this fixes my problem with not having the colors i need @ the right time. With thopter sword, it also gives a way to gain life to get around those the damage from ancient tomb (which i use quite a bit). Post back replies tell me what you guys think
I had thopter sword originally but i found that i was running into a lot of problems with chalice, to be honest i've found that chalice is kind of lame in my version, i've decided to either cut a color or cut a plainswalker. I was thinking of instead of tezz running elsepth maybe, just to get rid of black in my deck, but than the whole purpose would be null. I'm still thinking of a new list i will post one here in an hour or so.
I was actually considering running Vindicate over Swords to Plowshares, just to make more use of black in my deck. However i do agree that black is kind of slowing my deck down, i may go 3 jace, and 2 maybe even 1 tezz 2.0.
I really like the idea of fact or fiction, that i will consider what to take out, currently working on draft 3
So i wanted to bump this thread in order to better understand tezz 2.0 stax. I have recently attempted many times to make the perfect tezz 2.0 deck, i felt that artifact aggro was a great idea, but i felt it was getting stalled to quickly and couldn't work my way around it, i recently remembered in a tournament my friend running mono white stax deck. So i started thinking and researched a bit and found that it is possible for me to do this, even though ever so slowly, but build a tournament legacy tezz stax deck (I'm calling it elves, shhhh)
Anyway here is the deck idea tell me what you guys think, I'm very open to any suggestions and am looking for everyone's opinion
