What's everyone's list looking like these days? I've been curious as to see who has what. Is Dimir still the best solution? Are the new zombies just destroying? Seems like the deck is still a long way from being competitive.
Glad to see everyone's testing is going well. I have created a "clan" on MTGO for all goblin players to come and discuss anything and everything. If anyone would like to join and help better the goblin community on MTGO please feel free to PM me. The clan won't be up till tomorrow or Thursday depending on when Wizards actually creates it.
Also has anyone noticed any new decks sprung up in the last few days with SotM and Thopter Foundry? I have yet to see a single deck online using it so i'm curious.
You misunderstand me. Use the GY for cards such as gravecrawler, bloodghast, Prized Amalgam, and Relentless Dead. But don't rely solely on recursion from it. The second certain cards go in it, and they remove them you have a huge tempo loss like you just got board wiped. Dumb down on cards like thought scour, and use cards like sign in blood. Don't rely on putting creatures in the yard and attempting to recur them, there is already dredgevine for cards like that and that deck is faster than we are
Skaab Ruinator kinda counters your relentless dead because you want zombies in the yard to return to the battlefield. I would use geralf's messenger over that any day. The rest looks solid.
You can also put in Ranger of Eos (If you want a 4 drop), as well as Thalia. I've experimented with white, it's not bad for sideboard, but mainboard green and black are just better.
We have tons of options for those three colors, I think we all should start brainstorming some lists while using the list from the primer as an example
Hey guys, primers updated, I will be doing some updates all day as well as adding matchups and videos towards the end of the night.

Ya unfortunately I had just moved into my house and got busy with work. I'll just do it tomorrow and get it over with. To be perfectly honest goblins, as a whole, has changed at least 4 times when it comes to deck lists over the past 4/5 months. So it's hard to judge what lists to run and what is the best list at the time. Considering that all the splashes have fallen out yet mono red still has major flaws. Please PM any and all ideas. Since I am now officially settled I can just get it over with since I've been terrible for updating wise. What is the best solution? I have a few ideas. I can just post a basic shell for any goblin list and people can go from there. It's all up to you guys, since all of us have contributed in some way shape or form.
I have played zombies since I started magic back when I was 8 in 97'. That being said, zombies were my first deck. I had competitive zombies in legacy, and have tried in modern for years...with little to no success. BW zombies is also an option with the inclusion of smallpox. I agree that UB is probably the best, but the protection zombies should be included somewhere in the 75. Stillmoon Cavalier, Stromgald Crusader, and Phyrexian Crusader should be considered for zombies in the sideboard at the very least. Considering all those cards make significant impacts on certain top tier decks. Also don't forget Lifebane Zombie as a possible inclusion. I feel the mid-range game is what we are trying to achieve, we just don't have enough fast zombies for a turn 4 clock. We should be getting the opponent within 10 health between turns 4-7. Anything more and we can't compete, and we won't be able to do it early considering our curve is mostly around 3cc creatures.
I feel smallpox is good in the list because the only creature I run is nyx, it's hard for people to get around the card. Do I believe the card should a 4 of? I think that's silly. People see "discard" in the card and assume it's for 8rack, but it's entirely situational. I run 2 as an extra help towards certain decks, and it helps take out big boys of eldrazi and the lands that make them so OP.

White offers us mainboard: Path to Exile, Tidehollow Sculler, Thalia, Guardian of Thraben( maybe?)
White offers us sideboard: Stony Silence, Disenchant, Tempest of Light {Bogle's}, Celestial Purge, Kor Firewalker, Timely Reinforcements, and Leyline of Sanctity
We have tons of options for those three colors, I think we all should start brainstorming some lists while using the list from the primer as an example
