Actually I got the invalid gift certificates error too. It was prize for .72 and .74 for $5 and $1.
Chatted with MTGOTraders about it and they said their database for handling the gift certificates are broken or something and reissued me with a new certificate.

On my U/W control deck. Even if StP and Decree are unbanned, it won't have the power level it used to have.
It loses glacial fortress, counterspell, and preordain. Even the UW temple is not legal.
Yes, those are replaceable, but the deck just loses a lot of consistency there. Also, counterspell is the big reason it's not a cloudpost deck.
Even when it has all those cards, mono red is unfavorable, the current mono red build seems nuts with BTE into reckless bushwhacker turn 2.
On the individual cards,
StP, I actually voted this to be banned for all colors just because it obsoletes every other removal spell by far.
Though I'm fine either way as long as it's not banned just for blue.
Decree on the other hand I never feel it was anything broken.
It's awesome in control matchups but otherwise it's just OK.

For now though, I don't think we can say blue control is really dominating. I'd say if you unban stp and decree, just wait a while and see.
If blue control is really dominating you could consider to ban this card.
It's really good and pretty much the reason to play blue, without this card I don't know if blue is worth playing anymore.
(I probably still be in blue though just because I love drawing cards)
Dark Ritual and Ooze, I'm uncomfortable about ooze since we don't have pithing needle and relic of progenitus anymore. but just dark ritual should be OK.
Might spawn some kind of storm deck again though.
Also Zuran Orb << why is this banned again?

2 - It's the first time that you play with the deck, you could not just copy-pasted your last version of the deck in gatherling and forget to edit it. Export the deck before the deck as .TXT avoids it, it does not make sense.
3 - You already have lost for AEFabricio in round 2 - which Propaganda was not shown. In the finals it appeared in G2 and G3. It was a really convenient addition.

SB: -1 BEB, -2 Aetherize, +1 Witchbane Orb, +2 Propaganda.
I used this version from round 1. Can't really prove it aside from playing witchbane orb against gumgod in round 3.
Just go to #heirloom chat channel when the events starts. The host (ML_Berlin) will announces when each round is starting. After the announcement you can check your gatherling player control tab. On the bottom, there is active matches part that'll tell you which player you're facing for the round.
