Giving them 3 total hawks instead of 4 is probably a bit more balanced. At 4, it's still not more powerful than Sol Ring or Ancestral or anything like that, but is your white section really that bad that it needs another Balance power-level type card?
I am not sure i agree with the perception that a Kismet effect belongs only into aggro/tempo, so fast decks. It's actually quite good AGAINST those decks. A control deck dropping Blind Obedience on curve stops all haste creatures that would otherwise evade a good portion of the removal.
This isn't a large percentage of creatures (or artifacts). I'm not willing to give up a card that I would have otherwise played in a control deck for this.
Some charms are good and should be included. Others suck, and should be excluded. It's pretty simple. Including all 10 makes no more sense than including Spawning Pool because you wanna run Treetop Village.
I wish more people ran Contract because, while it is unbelievably broken, I think it changes the dynamic of the color also.
I can't imagine that card being fun except for the guy who windmill slam first picks it. It's so much better than any other card ever printed it's ridiculous.
There are a ton of cards under the 82 card list you didn't put in the "Notable Putrefy targets" list. Almost every creature on there is a good target.
I know a lot of people don't agree, but I actually like Putrefy more. It's one mana more, but hits so many more targets that I'll usually play it over Abrupt Decay, and we run a powered list. Most of our cubers feel the same way.
Easily one of my favorite cube cards, just sucks there aren't many targets at large cube sizes. You guys should try to convince me to run it, I'd love to.
I'd play this in an aggro deck for sure. Pay four to kill/remove two blockers for a turn? Sure, why not? I think this is an insanely versatile card and I'm absolutely going to test it.
Blinding Beam is much better than what you described, and it sees zero play in regular cubes.
There are three others now since Architect. Jace 2 is the best my a mile but I think one could make a case for any of the others even at 360. I wouldn't want more than 2 at that level though.
All the Garruks are really good though, let's get that straight! I wouldn't cut any of the three even at 330.
He wants to limit the amount of planeswalkers, so he's going to have to cut some.
I like Primal Hunter a little more than the other two as well, he's a green mana more but is so much better than the other two it's worth the risk. The three Garruks are definitely the three planeswalker types that are most similar to each other in power level. Chandras vary wildly and Jaces are good but 2.0 is so much better than the other two it's not even remotely close to being arguable.

Or Healing Salve because you run Lightning Bolt.

Spot on.
In that order.
I didn't even think about this, dunno why.
Yeah, this card does seem very good.

Yeah, my thoughts exactly. The card is awesome in larger cubes where four color decks splashing white and red really want this card.
In aggro it's not so awesome - can you imagine drawing this before turn 5?
I forgot about Architect. Point still stands.

Yeah, every cube should play Liliana of the Veil.
