Isn't 50 a bit high an amount for the land list? The average quality on that list is significantly lower than on the others. I'm sure 25 lands would suffice.
Does poly mean you have more than 1 life partner, or is it about letting each other loose sexually?
Every relationship is its own story and there are different kinds of arrangements, so I can only speak for myself. Or on a more general level. For me, it means that I'm married to one person whom I call husband but I also see other guys whom I call whatever I want
Typically, the difference between a polyamorous and an open relationship is considered to be that "open" only allows sleeping around whereas in polyamory, you can also be emotionally attached to third parties. It's also not uncommon to progress in time via an open relationship into full-fledged polyamory. That's what we did, too. Personally, I think trying to separate emotions from sex is pointless because they're so closely intertwined. I know some people can have sex without feelings but that's not me. And falling in love is the most wonderful thing there's in the world. I think everybody should be able to experience as much love in their lives as possible.
Man, one person has been a near disaster at times in my 19 years of marraige, I cannot even imagine how badly I would have ****ed up or been ****ed up by a poly relationship. Then again, if that is where your heart leads you then I suppose you have something in you that gives you a little bit of perspective.
A relationship (and any set thereof) capable of handling it does require quite a bit of effort to build and maintain but when you get there, I can guarantee it's worth it.
@UFOPOLI: Well I put in palinchron+deadeye navigator for infinite everything win-con.
Hm. I do dislike combos in general but that would, indeed, be quite an efficient one. And after all, sometimes it's more sportsmanlike to end the game mercifully than having it drag on for ages.
That makes sense, emotionally. Why open yourself to that kind of heartbreak?
I didn't mean it in that sense. Or did I? I'm not sure. After all, I do have a history of repeatedly falling for straight guys, but that was a long time ago.
I guess we should be clear here- there is flirting and there is FLIRTING.
What I meant is that I'm very careful not to express anything that could be interpreted as sexual when I'm dealing with people who are categorically not attracted to me. A part of it is also trying to underline that gays aren't automatically after everything with two legs.
When it comes to heartbreak, these days I'm hardly afraid of it at all. Falling in love is such an amazing experience that I don't want to shield myself against. It's wonderful and horrible at the same time. I'm presently just going through a new relationship complete with emotional rollercoasters, and I'm going to enjoy it for as long as it lasts. If I was single, I would undoubtedly be a lot tougher, but because my primary relationship is poly (12 years and counting with my husband), I'm never alone.
Another considerable update, mainly removing almost all of the instant blink spells. They are neat when they happen to be on hand at the right time, but mostly the impact is not grand. I added more creatures, including a little clone subtheme, because clones have worked really nicely in my Kira deck.
The best cards of the deck recently:
Mistmeadow Witch
The best early-game blink engine. And even though the activation costs more than Roon's, it's repeatable and can target itself as well.
Prophet of Kruphix
This is amazing in any deck in this format but especially here. Combine with Mistmeadow Witch for maximum fun.
Bane of Progress
I cut drastically the deck's enchantments and artifacts because I like playing this so much. Repeatedly wiping all artifacts and enchantments is just great.
The problem with my version is usually that it lacks win conditions. The most reliable one has been Avenger of Zendikar and Craterhoof Behemoth I just have to choose where to start making room for the new cards. The aspects that I have that differ from this list are mass removal, tutors and instant-speed disruption. The first to go, however, should probably be the single-use blink spells (Cloudshift, Otherworldly Journey and Turn to Mist, possibly also Momentary Blink and Ghostly Flicker). Ghostway is usually the best one and the others don't even come close.
I'm torn between Kamigawa and Alara. On one hand, I enjoyed how everything was legendary in Kamigawa but on the other hand, I'm very much into multicolored cards. Maybe a combination of these features?
It's also great in Karador. Tutorable with several ramp spells/creatures in addition to GSZ and counts as a creature in the graveyerd.
I use Peregrine Mask in mine.
Mogis, God of Slaughter? I saw a deck playing it last week, and it seemed interesting.

It is, but it only works for English cards. For other languages, the links don't work at all anymore, and that's not very handy.

I generally avoid flirting with gynophiles. I guess it's some kind of a survival mechanism Also, being straight is a big turn-off for me.
