Wait until Lorwyn's legal and all of the Shapeshifter spells can be brought back as many times a turn as a player with Haakon in the yard has mana. I hope your creatures have >3 toughness.
Nimae sounds alot more fun, and I'm always a fan of Nightmares coming back en masse. You could just call it the "plane of dreams and nightmares" instead of calling it "hell with dreams" which the current wording alludes to.
Kinda janky, since it returns to play as a non-creature and all it really does is make Wrath hurt less on your side (or Armageddon if not type 2). It'd be really good in 5-color though, since you have to play more colors and thus more chances to kill 2+ things at once.
Why Ringskipper? It looks like you're paying 1U for a Flying Men (or in the case of faeries, Cloud Sprite), since clashes rarely work. You have to win, and you'll probably flip a land most of the time (or with this deck, have a 12/60 chance to flip a 4cc+ spell). Hell I'd just throw in the sprite for something to do first turn.
Teeg doesn't stop anything. If you're playing Damnation and Tendrils then with this set you're playing 4 Terror. Teeg thus doesn't stay out long enough to matter, as you obviously Terror beforehand. Theres also many other 1cc through 3cc answers that make him a suboptimal choice for the deck, especially since Tarmogoyf takes up the 2cc spot and any other 2cc kithkin is a better turn 2 drop.
The Force Spike faerie is going to be annoying as hell... probably not win anything of course, but be annoying nonetheless. The 3/1 faerie is the bomb, I definitely don't mind letting my opponents discard to it all day. The new Dissipate is really, really good too.
I'm thinking like a U/B Weenie build with 12-15 counters will win you the game alot. There isn't much that everyones curve decks can do against that damn force spike faerie and you have a 3/3 flying legend that is decently hard to kill whenever you don't have to counter something.
You can also just run mono-U faeries with Sprite Noble and as many faeries as you can pack into it. It'd probably splash black for Oona's Prowler and Thoughtseize, with Peppersmoke for the mirror.
Don't overextend so Damnation beats you. You rarely have a reason to play every creature in your hand unless you're racing, and then a Damnation loses that player the game anyway.
Why run green? Mono white Kithkin with a set of Thorn of Amethyst seems quite playable. Gaddock Teeg is no threat to players playing Damnation unless they're dumb enough not to run 4 Terror with this set coming out or draw terrible hands against you. Green decks don't care, red laughs at it, blue laughs at every other color anyway, and white as Condemn and Oblivion Ring on top of not caring if it's a weenie decks or having another color if it's not.
I don't see it being worthy of playing besides to soak up a kill spell turn 2 so your turn 3 drop isn't going to be countered. If you lose to it you're losing to the rush anyway.
What, Tarfire or Nameless Inversion every turn with Wort, Goblin Auntie isn't good enough? Wort comes out because Boggart Harbringer says there's 8 ways to get it in your hand, so don't say "if you draw it". With >1 Boggart Shenanigans out and Greater Gargadon suspended, you can easily deal 20 in a very Affinity-esque style with all the tokens you make with Boggart Mob, while Knucklebone Witch gets huge in the mean time. Plus you get 2/2 fear guys for 1B and a way to give any creature on your side fear for 2B with a 2/2 attached. Also, while I'm not seeing any shapeshifters that are staples, Goatnapper steals them if they pop up.
If you Champion your 3cc drop, aka Harbringer, you get super card advantage if the Mob dies. Wrath's kew, I get a goblin in play and one to draw of my choosing. Awesome trade-off assuming Gargadon isn't suspended to make it even better.
Well LD isn't a possibility since Stone Rain is gone, but many green decks with Mwonvuli Acid-Moss have annoyed players where I'm at. Not necessarily won, but sure as hell annoyed them.
Well if Lorwyn's stuck in eternal summer, wouldn't it make sense for the second mini-block to be stuck in winter or something and not be all bright and shiny? Shadowfall seems to blatantly point to this. So maybe they'll be connected by being polar opposites while still sharing some subtle links.
Also when have two non-Odyssey/Onlaught blocks that came right after another shared that much in common?
Cloudskate's been seeing alot of play in my area, so I wanted to make a deck that best used it. Followed Footsteps is an option, but the hell if I'm tapping out 5th turn to get a free boomerang once a turn. Momentary Blink seemed good, thus I included Maelstrom Djinn since he comes out when he's morphed and you blink him. Deep-Sea Kraken seemed like an auto-include in a non-aggro build, and Stonecloaker helps keep graveyards clear and my guys bounced instead of destroyed.
Since everything flies, might as well have Loxodon Warhammer (which is awesome on Looter as well). Signets ensure that I don't auto-lose to crazy LD and are good drops turn 2 anyway. Then comes the defense, with counters, Condemn, and draw power all around.
Not looking forward to that...
