If people ran it right, it'd win alot. 4 Lava Spike, 4 Volcanic Hammer, 4 Magma Jet, 2-3 Pulse of the Forge, and probably 4 Electrostatic Bolt can clear the board and deal damage to the dome. Oh yeah, don't forget the creatures. Firewalker's awesome if you keep the board clear, Frostling is awesome, Hearth Kami is never bad even against a deck without artifacts, and Zo-zu kills all of the land acceleration out there.
Why does everyone keep using Ryusei and like 4 Kumano? I've found that 2 Kumano, 3 Zo-Zu, 4 Arc-slogger, and 4 Slith Firewalker work wonders as the creature base. Thats 5 legends you can use Shinko with.
For the spells, the general burn spells, 4 Molten Rain, and 2-4 Demolish seem to work out fine with me. Of course I throw in Mox to accelerate things a bit, but it wrecks Affinity.
