When people talk about "what the founding fathers said" or "would say" really falls into a few camps of thought.
Saying we should listen to the words of the founding fathers as an argument from tradition is ignorant. As society has changed over the (hundreds of) thousands of years of existence life has obviously gotten better. Jumps and starts of improvement, but improvement nonetheless. Truth (reality) is not found in what those before us did.
It is very hard to invoke the founding fathers with out purposefully or inadvertently using an argument from tradition.
When I personally talk about the founding fathers it is purely from respect and admiration of the 'group' of individuals most responsible for the best and freest society humanity has ever achieved. Many of their ideas, borrowed from Aristotle and later many renaissance philosophers, where enacted for the first time in human history.
The *new* ideas people use the founding fathers against are usually the ideas that undo what made America great. State oppression, religious dogma and slavery to the majority have had their chance.
*note* 6 boxes listed below, 4 matched perfectly or near perfect to the known map. Only box 1 and 2 list exactly the contents opened. Deviations from the map were explored by opening packs.
Split a case with a friend, first box was his and it didn't match the mapping in any way shape or form. Very disappointing to think the whole case was going to be a was until it opened about 120$ worth of mythics randomly.
This box half mapped perfectly correct, the second half had the right cards, but differently spaced track switching. I only opened a few of the second half to try to see what was up, but once it became apparent it couldn't contain any more money cards that I hadn't already got, I stopped.
This one was just a poor box, mapped perfectly though. (WARNING: I only opened about 30% of this box, enough to prove to myself it was 100% mapped with no oddities and to solve for the top row collation.)
Here is another poor box with a miss on Venser by 1 pack.
(WARNING: I only opened about 30% of this box, enough to prove to myself it was 100% mapped with no oddities and to solve for the top row collation.)
This next one was a real oddity. Solved perfectly except for the top row. This box was the most fun because I know I missed Koth by 2 packs at the top. Disappointed I set off to solve the top row collation, opening pack 36 and finding a card that couldn't even be in the box. I then open pack 34 to find another pack that can't be in the box in the other track. 35 was a random Koth. Randomness couldn't have been kinder to me.
(WARNING: I only opened about 50% of this box, enough to prove to myself it was 100% mapped and WITH oddities.

I'm listing the packs from first pack put into the box to last because it's how I have it written down on my sheet of paper. (#1 is bottom-most left, 2 is middle bottom, 3 is bottom right, then working up to second from bottom left etc.)
Edit: also, I just won the draft, and out of my packs I got a Venser, Sword of body/mind, Grindclock, Inexorable Tide, and Darksteel Juggernaut all right next to each other. Unsure what order they were in up or down, but that seems to be a pattern.

Each time the Meddling Mage blinks it's treated like an entirely new creature, only the most recently named card counts toward its ability.
Nope. -1/-1 counters stay perfectly happy on non-creatures.
And really, this card is horrible for RDW. This is just an vanilla for cost, with mild evasion to removal.
Usable in a control, horrible in an aggro.
