I voted 10. I've seen infect decks that have won quickly, but its still built upon an all or nothing strategy that works like aggro. It has its own flaws that can be dealt with, but provides an alternative way to beat an opponent. Increasing the poison amount would simply make poison less viable in EDH and even less people would consider it compared to the low numbers right now.
I personally find it hard to say which are "overpowered" as it still feels like a small section of people I play with, but I do know that Marisi's Twinclaws can be a big beast if not dealt with often enough.
Disruptable Pieces of the combo: 4
Amount of Mana to attempt to pull off in one turn: 18
The look on your opponent's face when you assemble the Norin Cloning Factory: Priceless
Interesting take. I always felt that some issues with certain playgroups was stagnation. But seeing if the ban list starts to change more, this would cause people to have to mess around with their decks more. This could lead to some new changes to keep groups actively altering decks and trying to switch things up. Sure people will complain about choices, as most people reject change to some degree, but I think it will be interesting to see in practice.
I voted Blue. Despite some small decline in complaints about Blue recently, it still has access to a wide selection of cards that can cater to many strategies that can dominate games. Green is definitely one of the top contenders as its staples are top notch.
Some awesome looking cards here. However, Rakdos still feels to have gotten the short end of the stick, though the Hellhole Flailer is just nice. I also appreciate the flavor of these Enchant Land cards, nothing spectacular, but nice to see.
Sphinx's Revelation compared to Mind Spring with an additional effect is interesting. Though, we would have to see a control deck getting to the late game before this card would really shine.
I went with Mormir, solely on the idea that while both him and Edric can cause red flags, if you design the deck for you playgroup, he can be rather fun and not as degenerate. Plus I'm of the opinion that because Mormir can get you key pieces whenever you need them, he will often do better than conditionally straight card advantage.
I actually live within Hudson as well and we normally play at the Relentless Dragon on the weekends. We sometimes do Harrisons in Nashua, but I think they normally do cube when there are not enough EDH players.
Though myself and my brothers play whenever we get the chance, so feel free to drop by on a Sunday at the Dragon and we can play a few games normally around noon to 2ish. But I'll agree with Gath that the EDH on Thursdays at the Dragon can be pretty good as you'll find plenty of people who want to play, as long as they haven't done a huge game.
Concerted Effort. This requires you to get those abilities on one of your creatures, but I believe a few equipment like Loxodon Warhammer or (Whispersilk Cloak [not])can do you what you want once your upkeep comes around.
Edit: Whispersilk doesn't do what you want, but at least Trample is in there. Just get some Trailblazer's Boots instead.
I've had it dropped out on me when it was just Mono-Blue deck and myself left. However, he only had 2 cards in hand and folded under the weight of combo goblins. However, had he more cards available or a draw ability, I could've easily lost that one. The card is quite good.
If you try hard enough, anyone can have their own Norin if someone is playing it in the game. Prototype Portal + Sculpting Steel + Mycosynth Lattice + Mirror Gallery.

Replace the Alpha Brawl with Thornbite Staff and just add anything that allows him to ping a creature and you're golden.

Also, lesser know mana dork that can use +1/+1 counters for more mana: Devoted Druid.
