This might be better suited for the mana cost part but I think we need to give our wolfie a color lest you get hamstrung by the stipulation of only playing colorless permanents.
Ideas (not suggesting these all necessarily go on to one card):
First strike
Whenever ~ deals damage to a creature tap that creature, it doesn't untap during its controller's next untap step.
Whenever ~ deals damage to a player, that player skips his or her untap step.
Snowwalk
~ is a color.
Pay ~'s mana cost with only snow mana (if you give it colored mana symbols).
Pay ~'s mana cost with only mana of a certain color (if you leave snow symbols, but then you have to specify what color it is, this makes me wish there was a symbol for colored snow mana).
Put a 1/1 white wolf token with first strike into play (I guess I just see him as a legendary Tundra Wolves).
