I did a fairly major revamp by splashing red into the deck. In my playtesting so far it's been more powerful, but it retains most of its old weaknesses (ie Baneslayer). The only untested idea that I have left would be running Spellbreaker Behemoth in Cudgel Troll's current slot and dropping the Terra Stompers for something else (ie more plummets).
I see this deck as trying to do two things at once: combo Knight of New Alara with multi colored weenies and cast expensive zoo creatures. To be competitive you'll have to narrow it down to one of those two.
For either build though, you'll want to swap Journey for O-Ring, drop the Clasher to maindeck the Pridemages, and drop Fight to the Death. Add Autumn Veil to the sideboard if you own any.
I agree about running Terramorphic over Panorama. The only reason to run Panoramas outside of EDH is if you have non-basic lands with basic land types, eg the shock lands.
I actually prefer Cudgel Troll to Vengevine for this build. With the troll I can go ahead and drop my creatures and just regenerate if anything happens to him; with VV I would need to hold back a bit.
Borderland Ranger I have mixed results with. He's helped me out in some early game situations, but is kind of a dead draw later on; he's also my only deck thinning. Maybe drop a pair of those for Awakener Druids? It would make Arbor Elf more useful, provide two bodies for Stampede, and if I've got four lands it's effectively a 4/5 haste for three.
Wolfbriar Elemental was another card I strongly considered but didn't put into the initial build (mostly because I only had one when I was tossing this together). It would be a strong sideboard against Day of Judgment, but I hadn't thought of putting it in the main deck, which is what Spasm seemed to be suggesting.
I probably will drop in some Vastwoods with all the excess land I've been drawing, though I'll miss being immune to Tectonic Edge.
I've put together a rather different version of the deck, splashing red in order to include Bloodbraid Elf and Raging Ravine. The goal is still beat down with fatties with Overwhelming Stampede or Garruk's ultimate as the expected win conditions. My first draft of it seemed to to be a bit better than my old deck, so I intend to run something resembling this at FNM this week. I only get one shot at making this work, so any feedback is greatly appreciated.
I don't like it because it skips the precombat main phase, essentially nullifying haste, and making spells like Overrun and Overwhelming Stampede useless. It really needs to untap creatures that attacked as well.
As is it really only benefits boros colored decks, which can pack vigilant creatures that are still good to go during the second attack phase.

Viscera Seer is the third card for that. Scry 1 and get either 2 2/2s or 2 lands. I think I smell a new deck type actually.
That would be almost identical to the Odyssey duals actually. Mossfire Valley et al.
EDIT: Could these be the Nimbus Maze cycle?
