MTG Salvation

I really think that the monks need attention, because if you've read the legend vignette of Jugan it shows how the monks fight really hard. Read Gnarled Mass' flavor text and it shows that the monks have been battling for 57 DAYS, almost close to two months of nonstop spirit-ass whuppin' while enduring the pain.

It isn't likely for them to put Severed Legion in, with the Prowler, am I right?

What I'd Like to see :

White: Clerics still, even if a few made it into Kamigawa.
Blue: BRING BACK MERFOLK!!! Oh, and probably Wizards and the like
Black: Assassins, Vampires
Red: GOBLINS (I love them!!!!),
Green: Spikes
All Colors: Mercenaries

I'm scheduled to buy a boxful next week, but I couldn't resist, so I bought one for teasers:

Rare: Goryo's Vengeance
Uncommon: Forked-Branch Garami, Ogre Marauder, Minamo Sightbender
Common: Split-Tail Miko, Kami of Tattered Shoji, Mistblade Shinobi, Akki Blizzard-Herder, Petalmane Baku, Crawling Filth (what???), Psychic Spear, Harbringer of Spring, Frost Ogre, Terashi's Grasp, Phantom Wings

If history repeats itself on me, I might be getting Toshiro Umezawa and Ink-Eyes. Why? Consider this:

Darksteel I got Thought Dissector, Darksteel Colossus (no joke) and Lattice
ChK I got Seshiro, Shisato, Dosan and Heartbeat of Spring

Oh yeah, did I mention that las Christmas, I opened a Legions booster pack and the Rare? Akroma!!! No Joke. Oh yeah, and a Scion of Darkness as well.

Probably they'd make more of things like Yamabushi's Flame and Kumano to prevent Soulshift.

Sorry, forgot: With what Flamebuster's getting at, I think he may be right :The third set usually contradicts what the Majority of cards in the first and second sets did.

I would like to see more of Samurai in Saviors, as well as legendary Akki with theCrazy Names. I don't think we won't get another Konda Card either

The fact that you can refill it with coretapper, turn it indestructible with That Which Was Taken, and still have three great choices of abilities, plus it is in the Precon Rat's Nest? I originally wanted to buy Dark Devotion and Rat's Nest, bu instead I'll get two Rat's Nest instead (1 Jitte plus 1 Jitte= Maniacal Chaos)

Here's what I think:
White- Either Soldiers or Aven. Oh yes Clerics.
Blue- What else but Wizards? Oh, and maybe Merfolk since they look evolved humans that lived underwater for too long
Black- we may see Zombies , Assassins, and the like
Red- Dwarves. They look like human midgets.
Green- Elves will make a comeback. I'm feeling it. Dryads as well.

Oh yeah forgot one thing:
- I have a feeling that in the third book, Takeno's Spirit form will still be siding with Captain whatshisnameagain because of his strong ties. We might also see more Spirits siding with humans e.g. Tomoorow, Azami's Familiar. Also, about the flip cards, Champions had nobodies becoming great legends, betrayers had humans dying, so in Saviors? I personally think that we will have spirits that will mortalize themselves to become Non-Spirit creatures, and another card cycle (anything will work)

Well, I also agree with the Soratami Samurai coz if you read the prolouge of the 1st book, you'll know that after Lady Pearl-Ear went past the room with Nagao and his soldiers, she was then in a room wherein Takeno, Hisoka, and a Moonfolk where there. This took place in Eiganjo Castle. This might be a possible hint that there will be Samurai in Blue. Also, about the names of the sets: Champions was first because it showed people of great importance, like Konda and Hisoka, Betrayers because it showed Humans becoming Spirits, so what to expect in Saviors:

- Konda, will probably have a change of Heart.
- People who turned spirits may side with humans
- there will be a new mechanic.
- Konda may finally get back that stone thing.
- Legends that may become cards:
Lady Pearl-Ear, Blade-Tail, Snow-Fur, Hayato, Uramon, Ku-Ku, Oku-Doku, Hoto, Jiro
- Takeno and Kenzo may have another card, Takeno becoming a Spirit, and Kenzo might have a change of heart, after his path to death was blocked by Yomiji.

Since Frostling only deals damage to creatures, Then here is a combo I found out.


Intruder Alarm+Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker+Mogg Fanatic/Frostling

For those of you who don't know what Intruder Alarm is, here's a desc.:

Intruder Alarm
2U
Enchantment

Creatures don't untap during their controller's untap steps.
Whenever a creature comes into play, untap all creatures.

So it's like this:

Have Intruder Alarm, Kiki-Jiki and the Fanatic in play. Use Kiki-Jiki's Ability to produce a Fanatic, and the Intruder Alarm triggers, untapping Kiki-Jiki, which can allow you to get another token of any creature. An infinty creature combo.

For me creatures that will work well with this combo:
Frostling
Mogg Fanatic
Phantom Warrior
and any other creature with evasion. sac. for great abilities

Now I need a deck based on this, so any ideas, post.:)
