I can also provide uncommon/commons (in order from back to front) from each of these packs, if you guys want.
The only other possible consideration would be to splash blue for Corrupted Conscience, Vedalken Anatomist, and Bonds of Quicksilver, but that's not a lot of blue playables.
406.3. Exiled cards are, by default, kept face up and may be examined by any player at any time. Cards “exiled face down” can’t be examined by any player except when instructions allow it.
So, I believe the card you exile with Distant Memories must be revealed.
RE: Making things with Myr Welder with a Mimic Vat.
I don't think you can imprint a Vat onto Myr Welder and start making Wurmcoil Engines because the Engine isn't imprinted on the Vat. See, the Engine and the Vat are imprinted on the Myr, but the Engine isn't imprinted on the Vat. Plus, as stated earlier, it doesn't copy entire cards, so there would be no way to imprint anything onto the Vat after imprinting the Vat on the Myr.
2-2 at a local prerelease with a WBr Myr Deck featuring 2(!) Prototype Portals, 2 Galvanizers, and a single Skithiryx just because it was so bombacious. One of my opponents (who I lost to) remarked that the set is a lot faster than he thought.
Rares: 2 Prototype Portals, Ascetism, Nim Deathmantle, Skithiryx, and Tower of Calamities.
Tower of Calamities was incredibly useful since I could easily ramp to 8 with Myr and Horizon Spellbombs. And no, I didn't get to live the dream of infinite mana (No Exsanguinate and no Untamed Might, unfortunately) with the Galvanizers or imprinting a Prototype Portal on a Prototype Portal.
The problem with Scars is that there aren't a whole lot of cards you can slide into archetypes that already exist in Standard. Scars feels more like a set made for Limited play due to the high amount of interactions it has with other cards of the set and lack of interactions with other Standard cards.
I totally glazed over the reference to the Golem. I thought you were just struggling between Ingenuity and Trigon in a vacuum. That being said, six or seven for three at instant speed still might be more of an advantage over a slower sorcery speed card.
...But Jace's Ingenuity is an Instant....
In any case, we've got tons of cards that use charge counters and Proliferate to profit off them in Scars. It seems like a decent way to get some cards in Limited. I don't anticipate it will be Constructed-playable, but you never know.
When I saw it can make them lose 5 life, I did a dry spit-take (don't ask me how that works).
It looks like Discard.dec might actually work out. Although it almost seems like a Sanguine Bond (5 cost that can swing things in your favor) except a little better. The card advantage has me sold though. I want 3 copies! (4 seems a bit much.)
Hm...it can keep most generals off the battlefield in EDH, and maybe blow up some creatures in between general summoning, but that's about it.
If you really need to kill an Emrakul, use this and a Molten-Core Masticore or similar colorless damage-dealer (even though it's extremely unlikely). I think it can also be a poor response to an Iona or Platinum Angel.
It's too slow/expensive for competitive Constructed. For Limited, assuming you can hold out until you get this active (and that depends on how fast the set is in general), I think you can pretty much lock down the opponent, play your bomb, and win the game.

Crap, I hope that's clear enough.
I wouldn't guess so quickly that each "something" has to represent a word, though the only reason I'm saying that is because my guess is more wordy.
My guess: "Battle cry - When CARDNAME attacks, each other attacking creature you control gets +1/+1 until end of turn."
Could be variable, like Battle cry 2 that gives +2/+2, but I think that's way too powerful.
As for her second ability, my guess is:
"Whenever Hero of Bladehold attacks, you may put two 1/1 white soldier tokens onto the battlefield."
Stats Guess: 3/3 for 2WW
Seems too weak for a mythic, but then again, we have had bad mythics.
