I'm thinking the other card was probably Infernal Plunge. Krark-Clan Stoker wouldn't allow for a turn-2 Koth of the Hammer. Interestingly, this would mean he could miss his 2nd land drop and still cast Koth aggressively fast, or the second land is an island, have two mana open for a Remand or Mana Leak on that turn instead, high-quality protection for Koth.
Seems that way. Kari Vez creates a triggered ability at the end of combat. Activating Sundial of the Infinite in response will remove the triggered ability from the stack, keeping Ragavan around permanently.
Ragavan is a legendary creature token, so no you can't make an army
If there is a 2-cost artifact that makes a servo or thopter, I will use this in a constructed deck, otherwise there is already a better dragon on turn 4.
Laquatus's Champion has two linked abilities, when one of a pair of linked abilities is copied, both the original and the copy provide information to the other linked ability. As I understand it, if you choose two separate players for Laquatus's Champion's etb ability, both will be identified as results for the leaves ability and both will gain 6 life. However, if you choose the same player for both copies of the ability, only one player will be identified in the leaves ability, and since it specifies 6 life rather than the total amount lost, that player will only gain 6 on leaving.
There should be no unexpected interactions caused by turning Panharmonicon into an artifact creature.
Those type altering abilities are static, and the permanents have their new types at all times that they are on the battlefield. An etb trigger caused by a land entering the battlefield will be copied by Panharmonicon while Mycosynth Lattice is on the battlefield.
Well, my promo was Saheeli Rai, and that was probably a bad thing. I ended up too focused on getting her into the deck and made it Jeskai. After the initial poor performance, I witched it up to Orzhov, where I ended up 2-2 after failing to find a good answer for a Demon of Dark Schemes. Pro tip: Fairgrounds Warden is great, but maybe not the best choice to deal with a giant etb effect creature.
The implications of Rashmi independently inventing planar portals without herself being a planeswalker is huge. The previous portal tech was handed down from planeswlkers who understood the nature of planar travel in a way that non planeswalkers couldn't. The big roadblock to the New Phyrexians becoming a serious power in the multiverse is their loss of the old planar portal tech. With Tezzeret showing up and judging inventions, and his connection to both New Phyrexia and Nicol Bolas, I feel like they're building up to the Phyrexians getting set loose in the multiverse again.
If you're considering Lupine Prototype, I'd suggest Myr Superion instead. You have plenty of creature mana to work with, and you don't need to burn out your hand to swing with it.
From the comprehensive rules:
"510.1c...
Example: The damage assignment order of an attacking Vastwood Gorger (a 5/6
creature) is Pride Guardian (a 0/3 creature) then Llanowar Elves (a 1/1 creature).
During the declare blockers step, the defending player casts Giant Growth targeting
Pride Guardian, which gives it +3/+3 until end of turn. Vastwood Gorger must assign
its 5 damage to the Guardian."
The DFCs are generated as normal cards, not the 1 per pack plus possible 1 extra rare. I've gotten pools with more than 6 nonrare, nonfoil DFCs, and pools with less. Generating single packs, I've gotten from 0 to 3 nonrare, nonfoil DFCs per pack, they're just mixed into the regular rarities.

When ~ etb, skip your next turn.
Sac: Add three mana of any color.
That's why Mirror Gallery was added to the mix.
Your assessment of Graft, Modular, Evolve, Tribute, and Fabricate all match my understanding.
"As {this} enters the battlefield," abilities are not considered triggered abilities. Clone, Iona, Shield of Emeria, and Spike Breeder (as examples) don't have abilities that interact with Panharmonicon.

Mycosynth Lattice, Opalescence, and Starfield of Nyx don't interact with Panharmonicon any differently than Darksteel Relic does.
(Edit: Oops, I misunderstood the question)

I've been mulling that one over, I think they look like Balduvians more than anything else.
Not really, those birds are in no way Cranes, they're clearly Egrets.
This travesty is as bad as them constantly labeling Dinosaurs as Lizards.
