    That card is... really bad. I suppose it's effective against the deathtouch 1-drops? It's got cycling, so it's intended to be more situational than not, but the applicable situation is very narrow here.

    This is an interesting idea. It's not undoable. There is an unwritten convention that static abilities and triggered abilities shouldn't be copied ie: Experiment Kraj, Necrotic Ooze, but I've never really known why, since there are other effects that copy card text in full, ie: lone.

    The hitch I think is the color and cost. Stealing every other creature's text box is a massive effect for just two mana, even with the possibility that the text will immediately get stolen again by an opponent. And red has only one existing card that copies abilities, that that card is Mairsil, the Pretender, not the most clear of precedents. On the other hand, there are so few cards that do this type of thing, that its really hard to make a complete argument against red. Red gets spell copying, and ability copying is at least adjacent to that.

    Gallendra is a fun design. I second the wish to include black, perhaps instead of green? I'm not entirely sure what green is bringing to the design as it is, other than green being the distantly secondary color for unicorns.

    Holcrood is a very fun idea, but certainly needs a rethink. He currently can violate timing restrictions of sorceries as well as bypass mana costs on your side, and also hoses all of your opponents instants and sorceries with a very strong pseudo-counterspell. The first problem would be fixable by Anachonity's suggestion of X, but the second would not.

    Pulcron is very strong, even if the "can't be reduced to less than one mana" clause is added, it's a near limitless cost reduction, one that's applying to artifacts, which is where the real danger lies for the stupidly broken combos. It's probably OK with the up-front cost of 4UU, but I would keep an eye on this one during testing.

    Zaf'yld needs a total overhaul in my opinion. A big, blunt beater doesn't strike me as "The Inevitable" nor as very godly. Since you're designing directly for commander, I would say that it's a very dull commander design, one I would have little interest in building a deck around. It feels like a mythic beater for standard, or even for draft, rather than a tailor-made commander.

    Symbiosis?

    The thing is that I was hoping for a mixture of positive and negative effects, like the original Licids. Allowing the host to redirect damage to the parasite does make offensive applications much narrower.

    I proposed this keyword some time back, it's essentially an attempt to re-imagine how the Licids work, parasitic creatures that cling onto other creatures, applying effects to them. The fact that Licids turn into enchantments rather than staying creatures always bothered me, it's a flavor-fail in my mind and was just a mechanical limitation.

    Now the issue with my keyword is of course also on the mechanical side. There's very little that captures the fact that Infestors remain discreet creatures while infesting something, and virtually no reason to use this new complex mechanic rather than stick with existing things like Bestow and Living Weapon.

    The one that really felt different was:

    Bulwark Beetles 3
    Artifact Creature - Insect
    Infest 3
    All damage that would be dealt to infested creature is dealt to Barricade Beetles instead.

    But I was never able to come up with any other effects that captured that feeling, so now I'm thinking that if that's the one big thing that sets Infest apart from all the similar things, I should just lean into that and make it a feature, and draw upon the legacy of Banding a little:

    Infest <type> <cost> (This creature infests another target <type> or stops infesting all permanents. Infest as a sorcery. A creature can't attack or block while its infesting another permanent. An infested permanent's controller may divide damage dealt to it among creatures infesting it.)

    Now that reminder text is very wordy, slightly longer than Suspend. It also increases the power of the ability, which will force me to reduce the power of the Infest effects and/or increase the costs.

    That would make:

    Bulwark Beetles 3
    Artifact Creature - Insect
    Infest creature 4
