I like it with sunforger. Especially nice if you're not running a lot of creatures and your opponents generally feel safe attacking you.

Didn't know this topic existed, going to cross post from a topic I recently made. This is about binder pages, not individual sleeves.

I'm buying some new pages for my binders. The ones I have now are walmart ultra-budget versions. I'm looking at getting side load pages, probably from Ultra Pro (or potentially BCW). I don't know if I want the ones that are branded as 9 card sleeves (completely clear) or the 18-card ones with the black felt/cloth type material in the middle with separate pockets on each side. My main concern is that I often have 4 cards in each pocket. Does anyone with the black pages know if I can fit 4 cards in the front and 4 cards in the same pocket on the back, or will that destroy the pockets?

    Thanks!

I'm working on a zedruu deck that's based around building up a pillow fort and forcing my opponents to attack with effects like Fumiko and Grand Melee. To further deter attacking me, I'd like to run effects that alter combat in a somewhat large scale. The list I have so far is

What else fits into this category?

    Thanks!

Well, there are also just very few artifact removal spells in cube.

If that's the case, you should add more in. That list is light. You should at least double (or triple, actually) the number of effects you have in each color.

That list is just an aggregate of the top lists here and at cubetutor, so it's really the average of what most people run. Perhaps I could throw a few more in, but tripling seems very excessive.

There's also a good chance your opponent has just drafted 0 artifact removal spells.

We have a name for this around here, it's called "completely ****ing up your draft".

Well, there are also just very few artifact removal spells in cube. I find the following in a typical 360:

    Disenchant
    Oring
    Torch Fiend
    Reclamation Sage
    Naturalize
    D sphere
    Pridemage
    Vindicate
    Abrupt Decay
    Putrefy
    Maelstrom Pulse
    Trygon Predator

Blue has a couple of bounce spells, but 12 cards that can deal with artifacts is very few. Especially if you're not drafting with a full 8 people, some of that removal just won't even be in the pool to draft.

Sometimes a plain, ol' stompy-face deck is what's called for. Mayael, Xenagod and Borborygmos v 1.0 are all good choices.

I might do this one tomorrow with Stonebrow. Have a mono green stompy deck right now and it just wins too fast. Will have to work on making it a bit gimmicky.

With my current playgroup, I find that I win a lot. Not that they're bad, but I have a larger collection and generally more powerful cards. I'd like to tone it down a bit. What's a funnish deck I can play that is fair and not overly powerful?

This card will probably never leave my 360 cube. Always good, has won me many, many games. There's also a good chance your opponent has just drafted 0 artifact removal spells.

So we just get trash for mythics this set huh? Sarkhan and nothing else. Cool. Loving Born of the Khans.

I've found myself saying this far more often than I have for any other set, but why is this rare? this should be uncommon at most.

    This is outstanding

I know right? Somehow they've managed to not print a single playable card so far.
