This isn't worded even remotely correctly. The only way I could see it working is if it had the Haunt wording. Even then, this isn't a rare. It's uncommon and doesn't need the comes into play tapped clause.

This should only remove counters during your end step. That way, you don't end up losing all of the counters by the next time an opponent can attack. Also, I agree that Absorb should effect players.

in every ability i have explain the reason..
i tend to create how Sarkhan to be calmer but still deadly as his predecessor card. green in the form of ramping and black in the form of sacrifice creature
The main problem isn't story. It's the abilities. The first 2 don't fit Sarkhan as a character. The last 2 abilities don't fit the colors.

First off, the first ability only works if you have a creature. Not only that, but it sucks. For shooting yourself in the foot, you get 2 mana. I'd rather just play Garruk for the 2 mana.
The -1 is fine, but it doesn't fit Sarkhan.
The -3 should double damage to all non dragon creatures.
The ultimate doesn't fit in green + black. Honestly, I don't think Sarkhan fits in Green black.
This card, mechanically, is a mess. Power wise, it shouldn't have Flashback. Honestly, this could possibly be more confusing to people than, say Humility.

Feels like the equip cost should be lowered. Also, I feel that this wouldn't be problematic, because while it can make anything huge, it will most likely be targeted. Also, I like the idea of a weapon that requires legendaries.
