Uhhhhh, Mog War Marshal is better than this with Skirc Prospector and the red god. Shouldn't Siege-Gang Commander be worth more with OP's card in mind?
There are hundreds or thousands of times more copies of the cards you list than this card, which only appeared in a precon. It's reasonably possible to buy out a decent percentage of the available copies of a card like this.
The price will basically always be low. Third sets have very low prices since drafts pay out the most packs from the third set. The value of Voice of Resurgence doesn't matter at all, since the overall set value is still quite low (and nowhere near high enough to justify cracking packs at $2.50).
As a workaround, you can use Ctrl + PgUp or Ctril + PgDown to change the size of objects on your screen. Even at very large resolutions, using Ctrl + PgDown enough will fix this problem. Whether you can accept the smaller text size is up to you.
Every deck that is 60x of a single card can be easily hated out, and will have some completely unwinnable matchups. The best deck is almost certainly more complicated than that. You still get to mulligan, as well.
Usually no more than 2 and a half hours, and that would only be if you make it to the finals. It could potentially go for 3 and a half hours, but this would be extremely rare, with basically every round going to time.
If you're new to drafting online though, 8-4 probably isn't the best place to start.
Online the Fire & Ice deck was a limited release, only given to tournament winners, and the Promo version is not readily available. More importantly, Eventide was very under-opened, as it was released at a time when the MTGO servers were not reliably stable. Finally, Modern is fairly popular online.
People who usually split the finals with them getting the QP whenever possible skews this data pretty terribly. Batutinha in particular splits an absurd number of final rounds.
People have actually played Steelshaper's gift in winning modern decks.
With that said, it is an absolutely terrible card compared to the mystic.
1. All Steelshaper's gift allows you to do is play an equipment "package." With a single Batterskull in your deck, Stoneforge is great, but Gift is absolutely terrible--it should just be another copy of Batterskull. You're paying a mana to make sure you're getting the right equipment for the job, so you'd need at least a couple different options that will be situationally more useful than Batterskull.
2. Stoneforge's "vial" ability dodges countermagic, and is played at instant speed, so you can hold up counter mana in case your opponent has a game breaking play.
3. Stoneforge's body can wield the equipment it brings in, and is not at all irrelevant.
4. Batterskull was by far the best thing to stoneforge for in most situations, and paying 1W instead of 5 to play it is insane.
Pretty sure this was just a temporary drop in prices. It wasn't even that big of a drop -- ISD packs fell by around .3 and DKA by .15-.2. Now that cube is over they should bounce back pretty quick.
The price is unlikely to change substantially in the near future, and it's the kind of card that you'll buy once and hold until the day you quit magic. Just pick them up if you can afford it.
That doesn't work. They only lose the life if they control the spell which would make them gain life.

No. Just no.

No. Once the miracle returns to your hand from the graveyard, it is no longer a card that you just drew.
