    What would forcing people to own guns, who don't want to own guns and are not trained in there usage, help?

    Anyway from what I can gather after some quick research on the topic is that this bill is about 13 years old, and I believe it was shot down. Furthermore, Fred Maslack isn't even in the Vermont Legislature any more.     Rebels and Clerics.
    First, both happen to fall predominately within my favourite colour combo, B/W.
    Secondly, there is nothing more satisfying then sticking a copy of Bound in Silence on creatures with Hexproof or Shroud.
    Third, clerics have an insane amount of life-gain and interesting combos.

    Level 1:
    I stand back casting a spell aimed at the goblin hoping to acquire it's dagger before carrying on.

    Ephemeral Corrosion B/R mana
    Instant {C}
    Target creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn.
    If that creature has any equipment attached to it gets -2/-2 until end of turn instead.

    My thoughts exactly. I highly doubt that Wizards wants to screw up a format they're trying so hard to actively promote by reintroducing such a powerful card.
    Anyways the cards I actually want them to reprint are

    Tower of the Magistrate: Although a powerful card that I hope it wouldn't run into problems with printing due to modern, I think it would be a neat card to reinforce an enchantment block as it would make aura's seem slightly better, yet I would also be happy if they decided to use a low cost artifact/enchantment with a similar abilty instead.

    Imperial Recruiter: A card that I think wouldn't screw with any format too extensively. Ridiculously high priced card exclusive to P3K that has an unique effect for Red. If not in a core set they need it as Judge Promo at least.

    Sleeper Agent: Just a personal favourite that tends to lead to interesting deck-building and memorable games.

    Unblockable would make the most sense due to it being a commonly shared ability between the two colours. The others don't really fit as a 2/1 Deathtouch would just be a slightly weaker Golgari Keyrune, minus the green of course, and Hexproof would probably fit better in something like Simic as Hexproof seems to be a primarily Green/Blue ability.

    Haven't gone through all the cards yet, but just a quick note you forgot the starting loyalty on Prelajhe Vita. Secondly, I have greatly enjoyed the Fractures as both the cards and flavour just mesh so perfectly, and hope to see more sets/cards designed in the future.

    And here's a new card that I would like some criticism on.

    Tibalt, the Impure 1RR
    Planeswalker - Tibalt (M)
    +1 Discard a card, then draw a card.
    -X Reveal X cards in your hand. ~ deals X damage to target creature.
    -6 You get an emblem with "Whenever you would discard a card, Gain control of target creature until end of turn. Untap it. It gains haste until end of turn."

    And someone caught my other worry, lol. I was trying to combine both cycling and madness since they work extremely well together, but yeah I can see what you mean by it being extremely clunky. How about this,

    That was my main worry, that if I costed to low you could keep denying other players land, creatures, etc. How would 1WB. I personally think WB would be pushing it a little too far.

    Sorry about all these guys being rare, but after reading a recent question on MaRo's Tumblr with him stating that the Madness mechanic was unlikely to be reprinted. I was a little disappointed. Anyways, I figured I would make my own Madness cards. There is also a random Orzhov card I thought would be cool it's a upgraded version of Conjurer's Ban. Enjoy, and remember feedback is always appreciated.
