Solemn Interim1WW
Sorcery (r)
Until your next upkeep, your opponents can't cast instant or sorcery spells, and can't activate abilities that aren't mana abilities. If you cast Solemn Interim for its miracle cost, creatures can't attack you until your next upkeep.
Miracle W(You may cast this card for its miracle cost when you draw it if it's the first card you drew this turn.)
Elite Sagitars3GW
Creature - Elf Archer (u)
Reach, double strike
Elite Sagitars can block an additional creature each combat. Counting how many imps could they shoot before the first one hit the ground was the favourite game among the most experienced archers.

Resist1W
Instant (u)
Kicker 1G(You may pay an additional 1G as you cast this spell.)
Creatures you control get +0/+2 until end of turn. If Resist was kicked, they assign damage with their toughness rather than with tbeir power this turn. Inner strenght can hruise hard.
Subject16: A Cathar's Crusade variant. I wonder if the ability of hitting face itself makes up for its limitation in effect and less resilience than an enchantment. I'm not sure i'd run it over Crusade really.
TheDrB: Althought I like the design, I eo think it lacks the oomph to make Kemba scare everyone. Still, phasing and Kemba work well together as she will phase in in time to produce the tokens and easily leave the battlefield with all her equipments if everything is to be blown off. Wjat I'd really change is the activation cost of the phasing to as to make it a bit fairer and to keep tje effect within the colors. Off-color effects in colorless tend to be super expensive.
Flatline: Nice mix of wide and tall abilities to fit Kemba's identity. This can be used to some effct in both approaches, but tbe fact that you can pump your Kemba into a solid clock is nice. Let's not forget that it can serve as sac outlet too. I have always been a fan of Reaper of Flight Moonsilver
Jimmy Groove: Nice touch! it pumps Kemba and produces three tokens by itslef, so it gives a solid boost to Kemba. I'm not sure if it is enough to get your opponents grabbing their heads, but if you manage to pull some ETB shenanigans you can become a very serious threat.
Algernone: Greater Auramancy for equipments. Again, I don't think it will make your opponents go for your throat, but it's a design that can help Kemba. Althought it feels rather generic, I think this is very likely tonsre print.
Cardz5000: A big boost if you manage to get all tbose kittens attacking and surviving. Alone, it can be also a winning hit if you manage to amass a dozen or so attackers, which shouldn't be too difficult in white. so the potential to make Kemba a big threat is there. The Battle cry looks a bit odd, but it,'s there to cater to tbe go-wide potential of Kemba.
Raptorchan: Ok, it has been already said but it should say "Each other". That aside, this is a very solid Mirror Entity known from being a goof gamewinner. I like a lot how it incentivises to put equipments on Kemba but the real value is on your other guys. I would play very, very carefully if something like this got slapped onto Kemba as there is a wealth of effects that can alter the number count.
Su-Chi equippwd with Nim Deathmantle + sacrifice outlet: Infinite sacrifices + infinite triggers. Change Su Chi for Composite Golem and you have infinite mana in any combination, but it is limited to 5c. Add a Stone haven Outfitter to draw any ammount in mono white.
Before las rotation, I got tje idea in my head of exploiting the infinite cast potential of greenbelt rampager, sonI was determined to make the jank run rampant and built a dck with the following combo, this is very bad:
Rampager in hand
Rishkar, Spontaneous Artist, Either Rhonas or Kefnet Monument and the enchantment tbat makes creatures explore on ETB.
So, cast Rampager, explore, and if you got a +1/+1 counter, you spent one eneegy to give it haste and add G. As you didn't have the two energies, it bounced back.
I got it to work on the fourth match I played with Kefnet as wincon.
Tangleroot is a solid upgrade to other foemats. with it and spontaneous artist you get the infinite casts.
Battlefield OutfitterWW
Creature - Kor Artificer (r)
Equipped creatures you control have indestructible.
Whenever an equipped creature you control attacks, you may attach an equipment that's attached to that creature to another attacking creature you control.
2/2
I have it in my Kestia deck, which is focused on enchantment creatures and permanent stealing auras, but I'm using it as a Replenish placeholder, really.
Still very powerful if you get more value from it than your opponents.
Debt of Loyalty is a fun little card. I use it in my Brion Stoutarm deck which likes stealing stuff and runs a Sunforger package. The flexibility of being able to regenerate your own creature should not be ignored. Not long ago I used it to save Brion from my own mass damage and that allowed me to win.
I run Evangelize in my Asmira deck and I have to say it won me a couple of games. The fact that it doesn't target can be wrrcking to some board states.
Aurelia's War CryxRRWW
Sorcery (m)
Create X 4/4 white Angel creature tokens with flying. For each creature created this way, search your library for an equipment card with converted mana cost X or less and attach it to that creature. Shuffle your library afterwards.
Flatline: Just lovely. I picture urban evolution being played in a limited enviroment, so this pairs awesomely well with it. the fact that youvcan play it with your spare land is very cool.
mirrodin71: Bidg Enchantment, solid payoff. I like the fact that the cost reduction activates if the lands were actually played so it can't be cheated into with a fetch or a panorama. Sakura Tribe Scout. Explore and the like are quite likely to do good work in a land matters deck, but Urban evolution might not be the best choice to accelerate your land drops.
Algernone: Clean, elegant. I like it. Only thing is that tjis is quite expensive and off-color to make good pairing with Urban Evolution.
Artorias: I really like the idea: A gainland booat in quality for a boost in rarity seems.ok, but this is a bit too much of an effect: On turn onez on the draw we have a boost pf 7 lifez which is a lot, really, so maybe a "for each card you've drawn this turn" clause would be more in line in terms of balance.
zdtds: Very powerful and solid effect, but again, as with Algernone's submission you're presenti g something very expensive and out of color as to go well with Urban Evolution. Three blacks is a lot.
Raptorchan: As I said before, Inpicture Urban Evolution in limited and the coexistance of
it and yourr card in your pool gives good reasons to play tjem together. It's a nice spell on its own, too.
I played it in my pet Asmira deck for some good time. Very strong for sacrifice shenanigans and can punch somw face. I removed it some changes ago when optimizing mana costs but I still keep it in the deck pool.
Sage of Whispers
Creature - Elf Wizard (u)
Cycling (, discard this card: Draw a card.)
Sage of Whispers enters the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it for each card you've drawn this turn.

Cardz5000: Changeling is a good solution to the creature's survival. I really like the fact that it can benefit from Rakdos keywords right away. I'm not sure about the size here, since green and white together at a low cmc and high rarity usually means very solid stats, andnthe 3rs color can add a bit more. something like 3/4 wouldn't be too pushed imo.
RaikouRaider: Well, it's an imp, wo it won't die. This is a choice that doesn't compromise design much. Still, your imp does not fly. On tye ability, I think it's cohesive with flavor but doesn't really feel like something black should be doing.
@Raiku: Indeed, but piebending was a central gist of that block.
netn10:I'm sure there are awesome ways to abuse this one. The cost makes it a solid combo piece because you can drop it easily.
BraunPo: Again, what allows survival is ññthe creature type. Very solid hatebear ability, really
Subject16: Great vall on survival ability. I also like its potential: it can have your opponent holding powerul stuff in tjeir hands or it van allow you to get into your own copying shenanigans.
TheDrB: Again, great call on survival ability. I like that you can turn a Rakdos miss into a hit, tbe posibility of keeping the table locked might demand some balancing as to not comboing so easily with Thrashing WumpusPestilence and the like.

I agree that reprints should try to bring hard-to-get stuff. A good approach would be reprinting 10dollarish low supply cards such as medallions.
