Angelheart Vial. It was one of the first cards I ever got in a pack of magic cards (I'm new to the game, I know...), and it's got art by my now-favorite MTG card artist, Chippy. The art is just beautiful. There's something about it that draws me to it immensely, and it has remained some of my favorite card art on a card to this day.
And you know, it actually is kinda playable. Like a worse sun droplet, but hey, it draws cards.
To the point where a friend sleeved up 5 primevals because he knew that's what I'd target with Rite of Replication every time.
I only run 2 of those in Zegana (I'm not one for infinite combos)
But yeah, kind of adding on to this I just dislike playing against "goodstuff" decks, regardless of general. everything from mono-green to 5c goodstuff. It can get really boring playing against the same pile of cards everyone and their mother uses. I like it when EDH is a unique experience.
I'm also getting tired of the Commander product commanders. Especially Al Bundy.
Jitte's a nice card, that sadly doesn't fit my decks. My one voltron/swingy deck is entirely enchantment based, and my tribal decks don't really use equipment. You can bet your behind though that if I had some form of W/x aggro/voltron/swing dudes deck Jitte would be there and ol' Misty would love finding it.
Not quite getting it either, seeing as Gen Wave is a "may" ability.
Regardless, False Prophet is pretty great. Not in every deck, of course, but he shines in a lot of decks.
Ghave is a combo engine, uses lots of enchantments and is generally pretty powerful. Marath is "I'm gonna make a lot of things and smash your face in." Trostani is more about card advantage and really BIG tokens, instead of spam, with some added lifegain shenanigans.
Personally, my favorite is Trostani, but the others are cool too, and I'm just biased because I'm jealous Ghave can use Pallid Mycoderm and Thelon of Havenwood can't.
