Quote from saneatali »The first version is definitely preferable. It may be hard to interact with directly, but as it's connecting to a creature, ordinary creature removal is sufficient to answer it. Along the lines of Cipher.
I suppose that's true enough, as long as you're careful about what effects you put on these cards. I.e. be leery of indestructible, hexproof, etc.
As a suggestion on the wording, you might want to try this:
Instill with Vigor
Instant
Imbue- Exile this spell as it resolves imbued on target creature. As long as that creature is imbued by ~, it gets +1/+1 and has vigilance.

This is an ability I came up with based on Conspire / Replicate
I think this effect could be in all colors, but primarily Blue and Red. So far I've only designed some blue cards with it.

I'm trying to come up with a name for this keyword.
Keyword [cost] ([cost]: Exile this permanent. Return it to the battlefield under its owner's control at the beginning of your next upkeep.)
I'm trying to 'redesign' Phasing, and using this mostly for Spirits and Wizards. White and Blue, maybe some black.
The flavor of it's use will be due to temporal rifts being ripped open in the plane and those who have the power to enter these rifts and return use them to their advantage.
Any suggestions are welcome.

Sorcery
Create six colorless artifact tokens named Gold. They have "Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool."
Distribute those tokens among any number of target players. Then for each player that gained control of two or more tokens named Gold this turn, gain control of target nonland permanent that player controls.
My question here is does it need to say to create the tokens or just "Distribute six colorless artifact tokens named Gold among any number of players. They have "Sacrifice this artifact:"
Thanks!

I need some help with this wording.
Diabolic Offering BR
Instant
Gain control of target creature until end of turn unless its owner sacrifices it. If it’s controller doesn’t, untap that creature. It gains haste until end of turn.
It's trying to be a punishment card which gives your opponent the choice between Diabolic Edict and Act of Treason.
Would this wording be better?
Target creature's controller sacrifices it unless he or she has you gain control of that creature until end of turn. Untap that creature, it gains haste until end of turn.
Thanks in advance.

Legendary Artifact
~ can't be untapped.
5, : If this isn't an extra turn, take an extra turn after this one.
Just an idea I had for an extra turn card.
Thoughts?

Liberate -- Red doesn't get to tutor for cards anymore.
Commend -- This is interesting. It seems like Scavenge. I'd have to see some examples because right now I feel this doesn't really fit white and seems more Sultai colors.
Influence -- This ability definitely doesn't fit these colors. This seems more white/blue.
Cherish -- Needless shuffling, it should just go on the bottom of your library. It's kinda like Recover.
Respire -- So this basically replaces a card in your hand with a card in your graveyard. I see white and green here, but not Red.
Deprave -- Hey look, it's that ability from Prophecy! Scoria Cat, Keldon Berserker, Well of Discovery, et all.
Eavesdrop -- This seems far to complicated to do something so simple.
Augment -- I like this one, but it may be really good and definitely needs testing.
Spoil -- So... a player has to Annihilate permanents and lose life to get rid of it, and by the way it has two colors which have the most recursion spells for creatures?

First, Dredge is never seeing the light of day again as a mechanic. It's a 10 on the Storm Scale and Suspend is at 9.
Sudden -- Isn't this just Split Second?

Unhallowed Corpse -- This is odd in black. Anti-Magic Aura is in blue, and then there's Azorius First-Wing. In most cases this isn't a drawback, since it prevents white from putting Pacifism on this.
Aura Bomb -- This needs a color mana symbol in the activation cost. See Elf Replica.
Antimagic Cloak -- Free hexproof that's free to move around if you have Leonin Shikari? I think this is a bit pushed, maybe cost it at least 1, compared to Swiftfoot Boots.
