It depends on how many good low-cost landfall cards will be. So far there are nothing much. Omnath is a bomb but costs too much. The enchantment cycle doesn't look that great as well.
I played Sarkhan Unbroken in a control shell, a URg deck packed with 12 counterspells and dragons. After slow starts, I managed to finish at top-4 in my local Game Day tournament.
He is the bomb in turn 7/8 where most control decks are. Drop a dragon with a Silumgar's Scorn in hand and it usually is a win.
It basically is URg Control. The plan is also simple; always leave mana open til turn 7-8 and kill and/or counter everything and try to finish if off with 1-2 dragons left on board. Temur Charm is very good since it a Mana Leak and a conditional removal that also give Icefall Regent even better protection.
The sideboard though is still all over the place since I don't know which decks are bad matchups against.
You may consider Briber's Purse and Retraction Helix combo package if you play Jeskai Ascendancy. Those two cards alone allow your big artifact creatures to go in while are able to trigger an infinite combo or just boost your creature's sizes enough to kill in one swing when all three cards are together,
But yeah, the Tulelage is for real.

I still hope for some colorless and/or artifact creature that are actually playable in standard though.
So far, these cards may be good; Refocus, Rite of Undoing, Temporal Trespass, Whisperer of the Wilds.
