That sucks man. Go with what your heart on this one. Personally, I'd write them a note telling them what happened and ask them if i should keep the item sience they already written it off. Then again, I'd keep it from them as a reminder to keep on top of the ball if they're going to be ccg traders.

I do agree with you about the pickle your in, though.

Good luck in whaterver action you decide.

    Pocket dial anyone lately?
    Quote from »
Anyone with a cellphone has suffered a pocket dial in his or her time.

Usually it's just an embarrassment, but in Ashlie Alewine and Nakilya Wright's case, it got them arrested.

The two sisters were arrested on Dec. 26 after inadvertently pocket dialing the hotel in Naples, Fla., they had allegedly just robbed, UPI.com reported.

The robbery happened Nov. 18 at The InnPlace Hotel in Naples where a woman wearing gray sweatpants, a gray sweatshirt, sunglasses and a black bandana covering her mouth walked in, approached the woman at the front desk and put her hands inside the front pockets of her sweater indicating that she had a weapon, WBBH-TV reported.

When the suspect demanded money from the register, the clerk complied. Then, per the suspect's orders, the victim laid down on the floor while the robber escaped.

Once she was safe, the clerk called the Naples Police Department, but while she was reporting the incident, the hotel's front desk phone rang. When the woman answered, she heard a conversation between a voice that she told police belonged to the person who had just robbed the place, and Ashlie Alewine, 22, a former hotel employee who had just been fired two days earlier, according to the Broward-Palm Beach New Times.

The suspect -- who was later identified as Alewine's sister, Nakilya Wright, 18 -- had pocket dialed the hotel and, without realizing it, described the robbery in detail, telling the other person how exactly everything went down, step-by-step, according to the paper.

Shelby Alewine, the owner of the cellphone number used to call the hotel, told police she sometimes shares the phone with her daughters and Wright later told officers she used the money from the robbery to fund her drug habit, WBBH-TV reported.

Alewine refused to answer any questions about her involvement in the robbery, but due to probable cause based on the sworn statement from the victim, video surveillance, and phone records, police believe she participated in the robbery as the getaway driver.

Both suspects were arrested Friday and charged with robbery and petty theft.

I'm not the one who brought that up.

I'm calling the war machine of Hitlers Germany a pack of Godless, heathern bastards.

They believed in a man who made himself a god.

They did not believe in my God.

I kinda get the feeling that this will turn out a back scratching session.

Even though O made it clear he wasn't happy with things - See yesterdays press conf with him? wicked!

He did make it clear he was willing to work and compromise.

Hate to say it but, this may be the best play the dem's have made lately.

Ummm... the Nazis were not atheist nor heathens.

Um... Want to try again, my friend?

Then what is a group of people who systematically follow their leader orders, remove any and all signs of normal religions and, replace them with a religion in which Adolf Hitler is lord and god?

I'm pretty sure that all classifies them as "Godless, heathern bastards."

You may want to hit your history books again, bro.

Well folks, even though it was pressured I'm glad the cuts were extended.

My uncle was willed some land with mineral rights by an old cowboy. Not that he needed more land mind you, he's a farmer.

Just with this land, he invested and hit oil. Pretty damn cool considering I live on and maintain a small portion of it.

    Dig it?

Indeed. I thought this was about the individual and not the collective.

About taxes: I'm happy the cuts were extended.

About the topics title: Nothing is permanent, not even time. For when man closes his eyes time ceases to exist.

    We would have won anyway.

Oh yes my friend, faith was not the thing...

I gave thanks to God because He, listened to and answered the prayers of the rightous and, ignored those from those Godless heathern bastards.

To say "our society rewards the charitable, look at Bill Gates" just shows a complete lack of understanding about what Bill was doing when society was rewarding him. Mainly, crushing competition and fighting anti-trust laws. It was only around the time he realized he could not spend all of his money in his lifetime and he did not like the people that would inherent his money that he started giving it away.

NOW Bill is a very charitable person, but he got to where he is by being selfish.
And by that I meant "when it works the best" not "in it's purest form."

Bill is personification of the American dream.

People want to be rich but they don't realize it's the same set of problems just with higher price tags.

If I had as much money as he does, I'd keep what needed and spread the rest.

How do you feel about the release of this information?

How big of a real impact will this have on our standing in the world?

    Will it cause Deaths?

Legal status? Is a crime being committed?

    Honestly my friend? Hmm...
    * jdski ponders...

It doesn't matter how the documents were obtained as those are seperate issues all together.

It doesn't matter what is in the documents as it wasn't my business and really no one elses.

What matters is what little global security there is in the world was breached by an act of stupid. - Trust me, I know stupid.

I'm not sure what should be done with the individual but, you can pretty much bet there were a compromisation of international relations.
