Council's Judgement is probably going to be a 1 for 1 in most situations, likely as an emergency response to something really threatening/hard to get rid of. Or that's how I'd try to play it, since it is so reliant on everyone at the table.
It isn't an autoinclude by any means, but maybe a Group Hug or otherwise politically inclined deck may want it.
Eh. A slightly modified (arguably weaker) Arcum Dagsson that rewards you for high costed artifacts. I suppose it's a nice alternative, but it isn't too attention grabbing.
I really like the design space for this card- he wants you to pump a lot of +1/1 counters on him, or play a lot of smallish creatures. Either way could work, and it's definitely an interesting general for that color combination.
If it was about 2 less, even at RR, then it'd be really interesting in eternal formats. Still, we haven't gotten a straight life=mana exchange without some limiter in a while so there's probably a niche for it.
I think I like Tyrant's Choice. It's a better Flame Rift or Innocent Blood, and while I'm sure being able to chose one or the other in situations might be nice, it's neat.
Selvala is...I'm not sure what to make of her. Everyone can draw cards, but you also stand to gain mana and life?
Dack isn't bad. Grabbing someone's Sol Ring is never a bad move, but the danger in doing so is that he'll probably die before it gets back to you. His looting ability might make him more niche- if I'm looting cards instead of trying to draw more, then I'd probably want to have a specific aim in mind (ie. reanimator, things that benefit from just drawing like Niv-Mizzet). Otherwise, I'll just play something that can draw me cards or filter like Rhystic Study or Thassa.
I suppose his ult might make him appealing, though it is a really weird ult to try to take advantage of. So long as you don't bounce/kill/exile the thing you're targeting with the spells, you get it? Which is fine in of itself, but most of the spells I play that do target tend to do one of the three so.
Exactly what it says- a group hug deck taken close to the theoretical maximum. I tried to eschew the kingmaker or political aspect of the deck archetype for a literal group hug deck. It's there to make sure everyone is drawing a lot of cards, getting a lot of mana/creatures, and otherwise amplifying the game state.
The deck itself isn't actually meant to win- it can win through a sufficiently large Prosperity or playing some cards carefully, but it isn't the immediate goal.
This particular list hasn't been fully updated from RTR and THS yet, since I haven't had a chance to sit down and go through all of the cards I'd want.
May change Supreme Verdict back to DoJ, or another sweeper.
Seriously debating the issue between Condescend and Dissolve. One's a hard counter for 3 that has a downside of the two blue and scrys 1. The other is a scaling counter that depends on how much mana is dumped in but scrys 2 instead of 1. Also Condescend can effectively be cast U just to scry 2 if mana is tight.
Still not sure what to cut for Thassa, God of the Sea- Rhystic Study possibly? I'd loathe to drop it because it does exert a lot of pressure on everyone's resources, but an indestructible scrying enchantment for 2U seems like a good card. My devotion's not likely to hit 5 so I'm more or less disregarding her as a creature and I suppose there might be rare cases when I'm swinging with a creature I really want to connect.
I don't remember the load times being this bad in a long time.
That aside, I really like the font cycle in Limited. The white seems to be the most underwhelming, with blue/green/black being the best. The red one isn't bad, but it'd be a lot better if it could hit creatures as well.
It looks like they're doing a 2 color cycle of uncommons?
Pharika is a pretty solid meh. I was surprised to see an activated ability outside of the Theros gods, but meh. Only targets creatures and gives whoever you hit a token? I'd rather play Scavenging Ooze- if you really want that redundancy, then play some other graveyard hate. Or Necrogenesis.
The demon/Flamespeaker are pretty Standard/Modern aimed. Twinflame is a cool card, though I'm not sure how useful it actually is.
The demon is pretty interesting. 5/5 flyer for 3 is a sweet deal, but letting them draw cards? I dunno if the extra 2 P/T can oust it over Desecration Demon, but it is good to have an alternative.
Twinflame is a neat card. Don't think I'd play it in any RDW incarnation right now, but maybe down the road? EDH could like it.
Flamespeaker is strange. Pseudo CA for 3? Nothing I'd play in Legacy, but I'm still not sure what to make of it.
Meh. I thought she was great, but then I saw the 'its owner' clause for the token. If that wasn't there, I'd like her a lot more but she feels too niche for me.
It isn't an autoinclude by any means, but maybe a Group Hug or otherwise politically inclined deck may want it.
Still, neat design.
Selvala is...I'm not sure what to make of her. Everyone can draw cards, but you also stand to gain mana and life?
Also, there's a few neat other cards there- namely the new art for Hanna, and foil Riku and Olero.

Also debating on the inclusion of Deadeye Navigator/Mistmeadow Witch and/or Restoration Angel, but I'm not sure what I'd be willing to cut for it. Momentary Blink springs to mind as the first choice, but CMC of 2 and flashback at 4 makes it a hard choice.
There's probably more cards in that maze, if only anyone could get it to load.
