Not me. I like to watch the U18 international games too- I even watch (local) U18 games or university/college games with my dad because I like to watch (and play) the sport, aslong as the teams know the basics and it's not a boring match. If I really wanted to watch the best, anyway, I'd have watched the Champion's league and I did, with my favorites winning the cup.
Mexico has been a ****ty team up until they've gotten a change of coaches, otherwise it was really hit or miss with the guys. It's nice to see them not sucking ass for a time.
But going on about Europe, haven't checked on them since Barca won- what's going on now?
True, but that doesn't mean it isn't good to watch. The last two games for Mexico have been intense and close. (And the last US game too- but I hated the way they played against Jamaica, really dirty.)
I reccommend the Moving Units (post-punk?) and Battles (math rock). Both are really good, search up Between Us & Them by the former and Atlas or Race-in by Battles.
Some awesome picks out there already, but I must second/third Advance Wars: Dual Strike, and Final Fantasy A2: GOTR, with the former being the best advance wars game in the series. FFA2 isn't as good as the 1st one for the gameboy advance, but it still is a great game. Both strategy games too.
I'd also like to nominate Soul Silver/Heart Gold, one of the best Pokemon games to come out besides Emerald.
The Rune Factory/Harvest Moon series is also an amazing experience.
Since someone above already mentioned Minecraft (you'll sink days/weeks/months into it), I'll mention...
Terraria! It's a 2D/scrolling minecraft "clone" that is actually not similar to minecraft besides the building/block aspects of the game. It's much more RPG-like than Minecraft, but is not as building-intensive as Minecraft. It's out for 10$ on Steam atm. I'm about to get this on Thursday
Guitar #1: Dave Mustaine (o:!?! Love Megadeth riffs.)
Guitar #2: Daron Malakian
Bass: Gene Simmons (Since I can't have Steve Harris in here ]
Drums: NICKO MCBRAIN. OHYES. (Self explanatory)
Vocals: Kyo (Of Dir En Grey)
Indie/Alternative/"General" Rock band:
Guitar #1: Nick Valensi (The Strokes! I love his play.)
Guitar #2: Matt Bellamy (Muse =o!)
Bass: Geddy Lee (Weird match-up with all these newcomers, but he's is one of the best bass players out there.)
Drums: Chris Hathwell (The Moving Units. BEST. INDIE. DRUMMER. EVAR.)
Vocals: Alex Turner (Arctic Monkeys)
/fanboy.
Also note, the guitars are not separated between lead and rhythm. They'd switch it up, since all four guitarists are good at being lead guitars.
Anyone played this game? Just got into it... it's like a less violent, more polished/fixed version of Dwarf Fortress (adventure mode). I was wandering in the forests (Got jumped by a boar)... made three chars now, may do a fourth if this current one dies too. D:
Krieg, I'm interested by your selection of System's first album. I found it much heavier, although less refined than subsequent albums. Personally, I liked several songs on their first album without a doubt, but why do you like the first album better than, say, Toxicity? Just generally curious, you don't see too many people saying they still like System. BTW, I heard they're regrouping.

>_> OT, but...
When I wrote it down, it was the album I was listening to ATM, Toxicity IS great as well (All songs on it are amazing), but I'd take either or, actually. I can live off of PLUCK, CUBErt, Soil, War?, etc, from the first one. (Though Toxicity is good too.). And yeah, they're regrouping this year, but no tours in the US.

Mexico just won
U.S. won earlier against Panama.
And the finals are on Saturday.
Did you guys like the cup so far? Fav teams? Etc.

I could live with just these 4 games for the DS.
Ace of Spades is another awesome minecraft "clone". It's free, and the new 0.47 update brought custom maps

Anyone wanna make a village, team up, etc?
It's a rogue-like ish game, a bit.
Serious, angry lyrics, and they've hilarious (To me?)/awkward lyrics too.
I'm ambidextrous in, er... stuff.

I've two small Warhammer cubes filled with dice (Green dice :D), and a plastic bag with random white, black, and red dice in different colors.
If I could make a pool filled with dice, I would.
I want to get some taxi dice and some red dice once I start up a new 40k army soon.
