She mulliganned to 4, and was never really in the game.
Game 2:
She had an aggressive draw with Welkin tern->Dragon hatchling->Firewing Phoenix, whilst I had void stalker and Harbour bandit. I cast Talrand's invocation, and traded with the Phoenix and the Tern (I was on 7 life, and my opponent did not attack with their hatchling). She searing speared my bandit and played an arms dealer (tapped out). I murdered the armsdealer and Void stalkered the Hatchling. I then played Scroll thief with Tricks of the trade, and held up removal for Her phoenix each time it came back.

My opponent Played Tormented soul turn 1, dark favour turn 2, and killed me before I found removal, despite using an agent of bolas.
Game 2
I kept a hand with a good curve and an essence drain. He cast tormented soul turn 1, dark favour turn 2, dark favour turn 3, then mark of the vampire turn 4, swining for exactly lethal before I could kill his guy.

My opponent seemed to be playing giant scorpians and not much else. I cast duty bound dead early, and turn 4 talrands invocation pretty much swung for the victory, after I switcherood my kraken hatchling for his sentinel spider.
My opponent then disconnected, giving me the match
I wouldn't buy a box just to open it. Whenever I buy a box, my girlfriend and I play pack wars (sometimes called minimaster) with it. It's always a lot of fun, and we get a lot more enjoyment than merely tearing boosters open frantically.

I want to differentiate between 2 things:
1) using the word with the intent to insult eg "Hey user123, you are retarded", and
2) using the word to describe something eg "Reprinting Wit's End is so retarded"
The way I feel about this is to give respect to those of us who may be disabled in some way. My brother-in-law (just as an example) has mild disabilities, but is always offended whenever the word retarded is used, whether it is being used towards him or in a colloquial manner. Words like Retarded have been given a lot of social baggage and hence we feel are not appropriate for general, colloquial use. It is the same with the word "*****". It's correct usage is towards a female dog, but if used to refer to a person would be deemed as trolling or flaming here.

I believed it was never made clear? People assumed that he was a planeswalker, as his presence could not be felt in the weird Izzet-Hivemind (Firemind?), and people jumped on it and went "OMZOMGORS->PLANESWALKER!"

What happens whenever I cast Ghostly Flicker targeting Precursor golem and a land? The wording on the golem says "if it targets only a single golem". I believe that the flicker won't be copied, cause that's crazy. Could anyone shed some light and verify this for me?
Can I have my 2nd question moved back to its original thread? Neither question I have asked has been answered. One was several weeks ago. I would like this second answered in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks.
On the card, you can sign your name. On the forum, we just require you to give a citation of your influences and visual resources. For example, if you drew/painted a Pikachu on a Plains you can just say "Pikachu, copyright Nintendo" and that would be fine. If you used a specific artists work, for example: Pikachu's, then we would like you to reference the work and the artist, ie: "Pikachu's by Liviebaby754".

A broke (I assume jobless and living at mom's house) 21 year old who likes to steal is still a kid.
Legally, they are a major. Barring any kind of mental disability, they would be charged as an adult if brought to court. They may act like a kid, but the law doesn't care about that
What do you guys think we could reasonably do for "actual prizes"? They'd need to come from somewhere, and charging an entrance fee is a big no. We'd need a sponsor of some kind. I'd love to help out, but my current financial situation wouldn't allow it.
I don't think there would be too much of an issue, it's just actually having prizes worth giving out!
