This card seems like it could be a house against all but black decks, which i dont think is as common as the boros/ grull decks that seem to be all the rage. It would probably do more damage than the cipher slicey card over the course of the game. Putting it on a boros guildgate seems super strong.

I have recently attempted sell bulk magic cards to blackninjamtg and the entire experience was a painful and obvious attempt to steal my cards. The emails that were sent in the first place were very vague and didn't mention payment until I had directly asked. After sending out the cards I knew there was a problem when there was no response for several weeks. I received an email from Bryan saying my cards were damaged in the shipping process. Along with this email I received pictures of my assortment of bulk in a large "Brawney paper towel" box. Of the cards in the picture I saw one card with a bent corner as the others looked undamaged. After calling the post office both from my home town and near the address given, neither office said they had memory or record of a package of my description being damaged, nor would they ever resort to using a box besides their own flat rate shipping containers. After telling Bryan that I could not believe what he had said he said he would pay me within the weekend. Two weeks later I received another email explaining he had no intention of doing so. The complete lack of professionalism, incredibly questionable intentions, and terrible communication make me believe this site is run by people looking to steal cards in bulk by not paying their sellers. I would not recommend this site to anyone as selling to them will lead to the theft of your property and buying from them would undoubtedly lead to them profiting from it. Trying to get the situation sorted out has taken well over a month and I remain without compensation or my things, replaced only by empty promises.

just sent them my bulk. they claimed to have received them in poor condition and have refused any payment or compensation. i know they are lying and im super pissed

I want to switch a deck of mine from a typical teneb recursion deck into something a bit more unique. Does anyone have a decklist or suggestions for a teneb colored deck that utilizes things like worm harvest, rude awakening, and other ways to get value out of lands in EDH?

They make a 5-color cascade deck and DON'T include Maelstrom Nexus? Makes me sad. They could've cut the sphinx or whatever for that one, IMO. :C

nexus is a mythic. none of the other decks have any as far as i see

On a serious note, this is Phyrexian Obliterator all over again.
Every single colour has a valid answer to it atm in standard.
White has Oring + DoJ
Green has Beast Within
Black has <insert> removal
Blue has bounce + counter
Red burns over it.

I have a few problems with that statement. The first and most glaring is what burn do you play that can take out a 10/10. The rest is creatures like tarmagoyf and baneslayer also had answers for them but saw a ton of play. Nowadays we are more opt to play creatures with sick ETBF (CITP) effects or protection or evasion but it does not mean that is a golden rule. There are swords and equipment in standard that offer protection. Those same equipment are available in other formats as well. If they release more support or another deck pops up this could easily be a very expensive card. More easily than that is it could kill you in 2 turns given the right circumstance, ie. the right deck

If we're looking for a shards reanimation target... Empyrial Archangel from shards is probably the choice

I don't think this describes either format very well. Spells were quite important in Kamigawa, as there were lots of very strong Arcane spells and there wasn't anything like flip cards in that format either.

The shop near where i live has a little prize wheel you spin just for entering and at both the prerelease and the release I landed on a japanese edh deck. Pretty much paying for my entry both days. At the prerelease I got a chandra from my pool but yesterday I traded it in for some store credit to get "Bone", A comic I've wanted for a few weeks. I also top 4'd yesterday so I got 5 packs to go along with it. So far this set is my most prosperous one yet.
