isn't Wizards strongly against doing / selling this particular proxy quality stuff? i know hand painted stuff is a different story... but i was always under the impression this is real shady business
removable from eBay? and or copyright infringement of some sort?
I want to thank Klug for that very informative tutorial a week or so back... using it i attempted a handful of rather ambitious stuff (for my skill level) and I was very happy with the results...

Um...individually factory sealed boosters would mean boosters with the foil wrapper intact. That has absolutely nothing to do with the shrinkwrapping on the box, so unless he specified the box itself was also sealed like that, you have no case.
the item was listed as (quote ) "Morningtide MTG Booster Box" with condition stating new unused un-oponed as i previously stated... the picture is taken by the seller with his watermark of said booster box with the factory sealed wrapper on it... i wasnt bidding on something that said "36 packs of morningtide" or at least i didnt think i was
seller says "the packs are individually factory sealed" which is what he meant by "new/unopened" im going to fight it all the way up the ladder if i have to... called e-bay today and setup a "case" and they are "looking into the matter"...
i have no problem with the delay, what I am concerned about is having to pay for return shipping out of pocket just to get my money back...
it seems obvious this guy is trying to pull a fast one, he should be obligated to get me the product that i purchased as described... a factory sealed box... at least that is what i want...
ive just recently encountered this problem on ebay... the booster box ive purchased was listed as Factory sealed brand new unopened... but hey it showed up with 36 packs not tightly crammed in like they should have been and without a factory "saran-wrap" seal... i haven't opened any of the packs yet and am trying to fight this thru E-bay's resolution center. however i dont think they understand or can possibly comprehend the problem.
looking at this scan after being hunched over painting this leads me to believe i need a different light source... colors that looked right in paper are in fact quite a bit different on screen... what kind of lamps/lighting do you guys use?
- on to business... so ive started this alter of Zur the Enchanter in an attempt to mess around with some EDH generals whilst getting painting practice... im relatively happy with this stage of the alter but i don't know how to treat the bottom half... (i still have alot of detail work to do with the tiny brush)... as you can see ive tried and "erased" some fail... thoughts tips hints?
@dobb VERY nice work... im curious about materials used? your process, brush size, or just in general any advice you can give... i hope to one day be able to do something of that quality

if your hellbent on playing this and don't want to invest in fetches at least get some terramorphic expanse or evolving wilds in there.... fetches are huge for landfall... maybe if you own them knight of the reliquary would be a nice boost to the power-level of the deck
also the big guy who makes plants and "landfall - all plants get a +1+1 counter" seems interesting (cant think of his name Zendikar something)... im just unimpressed with Emeria angel she just doesn't really do much in comparison to the others...
if you've seen the show "whale wars" you know they are a bunch of hippie whack jobs... i really wish they had some legitimacy to their cause (because there are probably tons of illegal and shady dealings going on out there) but they've lost every shred of it pulling scumbag stunts like this...
i remember on one episode they rammed some whaling boat, or set a course to... the Japanese whalers said stop being dumbasses or we are going to defend ourselves with teargas... so they do it again intentionally and go crying to the press "they shot us with teargas"...
i would definitely compete for the practice and constructive crit. i could get from the many skilled people on here
