I guess it depends on what you want to support. Memory Lapse is almost like a 2nd copy of Remand... it gives you another early turn to establish. It usually goes in control decks.
Arcane Denial is a hard counter that can go in multiple decks with multiple colors.
If it were me, I'd stick with AD because of the versatility and how Old Fogeys love the card so much.
Would you guys cut Primeval Titan for it? I don't know what to cut on top of the curve. It's pretty tight.
If I were running your cube, I'd cut one of your 6+ drops (3 seems a bit much for a 360 cube), which would mean prime time or hornet queen... but i'd probably just cut Master of the Wild Hunt.
I think 150 basic lands would be sufficient so do you guys think 510 double sleeved cards would fit in about 12 inches of space? I'm thinking its cutting it close and would not fit.
Also, I'm wondering if anyone has ordered a box of dragon shields from potomac distribution?
My number one concern with dragon shields is inconsistent cut length...I'm thinking its possible that if all are from the same box, the cut length will be consistent?

I actually use a similar case for my cube (the one with all the white cards) and it has enough room for 540 single-sleeved with about 4 or 5 inches leftover.
I've been looking at cool storage solutions for cube, but I've finally decided on the perfect one. I'm paranoid about theft at events, so I'm going with a beat up old white longbox with BULK COMMONS scrawled across the top. I think that will deter theft more than anything else could.
Maybe I'll find a nice wooden box for drafting at home and only use this for travel.

Genesis has seriously underperformed for our group in the last few drafts when it was maindecked.
I've had similar results. It's almost like the decks that genesis goes into doesn't really need him. If I wasn't running both disenchant 4/4s I'd seriously consider dropping Genesis.
Like Killane, I should be more inclined to include this Garruk (I'm more of a Timmy than I like to admit). However, I share eidolon's sentiments exactly.
I'm actually relieved. When I saw this thread I thought, "Damnit! Another Garruk?! I don't want to fit another Garruk in!"
I've had the same experience as wtwlf. Yeah, it's worthless before 7 mana (most big mana finishers are worthless if you don't have enough mana to cast them)... but at 7 mana, it wins the game. Sure, there's that once in a while blowout where your opponent is still holding a kill spell; but in my experience, the type of deck that deso angel goes in spends the previous 6 turns killing / trading creatures or making them discard.
...and as far as masculine or feminine articles, it's neither he nor she to me... it is a card. I objectify female versions of cards as much as male ones.
Ahh. I think this is why we differ. If we were talking about gold cards, I would agree. My hybrid section though, has no limit, and I would gladly cut one or two mono colored cards for a hybrid of the same effect.
I just looked at your cubelist and your Phlex section is interesting. It's an easier way than trying to find a more traditional place for hybrids.
Have you considered Snakeform? My experience with that card has been so good that I threw it into my green section when my Simic section couldn't support it anymore.

I cut terastodon for the wurm a while ago and have always been very happy with the result.
A lot of people count kitty as a 3 drop (because of the morph ability). You could always categorize it like that to help with your dilemma.

Elder can come down a turn earler, but can essentially cost the same as stompy, albeit 3GG instead of 4G.
Stompy doesn't need an artifact or enchantment on the board to be a 4/4.
I think Elder is the right choice, but I'm just making sure I'm not overlooking something.
