They did not really impress me. The best ones are infinite outlets and honestly that's all your getting in terms of power colors and an infinite outlet which in my opinion is generally worse than 3 color or even 2 color options that can produce cheap and efficient card advantage. I agree that having 2 cards in your command zone and a smaller deck is better but none of these commanders are edric or derevi or zur.
I like all the card cuts. I think the land cuts are not the correct lands i would cut colorless utilty or non blue shock lands instead. I like all your adds though im not sure there is not a better card than snapcaster mage obviously imperial seal but barring that i kind of like the idea of hurk's recall which is great with winter orb and your draw 7s and could even be used on yourself for mana and or combo peice protection lim duls vault is also an option if you want another budget tutor snapcaster mage is not horrible here but i would still probably play something else. Overall it looks very good in that you have trimmed out alot of your weakest and otehrwise uneeded cards for much better ones.
Inution combo with The yawgwin and the scrap mastery. With yawgwin in deck tutor + intution is now 3 tutor not limited 2 tutor and yawgwin + tutor is the same in that doesnt even factor cards alredy in yard scrap mastery is similar here with rings nim combo in that you get to use all 3 intuiton cards. the what piles question is one I see alot and is a bad question always depends on board state and your hand use it and you will see. The card itself is excellent as an instant speed tutor with no "piles" being use also good synergy welder effects. Unburial rites on the other hand is a bad draw in this deck most of the time so while its ok to plsy it for the combo there is a large drawback of the card being bad most times you draw it and hoestly i dont see it as needed. Ad nausem is fine with this curve even with more 5 drops you have 0 cmc 6+ card, also you dont have to use it as a 1 card instant win all the time or even often at 5 mana an instant speed draw 8 is still stupidly strong and here should win cast at instant speed most of the time. It will not have the on turn all in potential of a dedicated deck but its still hard to pass up a few 5 drops will not change this, I will say knowing when to stop early is a skill just like using necro properly is. Tezz and gilded lotus are just too good not to play in a winter orb deck tezz also grabs combo cards here. If seal is out of budget its out of budget but is very good with this kind of deck.
Your curve can support ad Nauseam. You have sculptor and top adding future sight seems pretty good better if you run imperial seal which is a little cheaper now. Tezzeret is pretty good in a shell with winter orb and high mana rock density I like gilded lotus too. I would replace one of the many removal spells your running for a toxic deluge to have a sweeper other than rift all the way up at 7. You can trim lands for the cards like seal since they can fix mana probably some of the spot removal you have quite a bit could afford to drop cards like path to exile and utter end ones got a real downside the other is just too expensive for a deck like this. Last with things like scrap mastery and yawgwin I would play intuition the cards already an instant speed blue tutor with ways to get all 3 cards it's just insane you don't need I burial rights imo as its in general a horrible draw. In general I think you can be more greedy and shave some removal and lands for more proactive gas cards. Cool deck.
Spike weaver is my favorite searchable with green tutors multiple uses and rattlesnakes however it does die to doom blade. I used it in my omnath deck as a single slot answer to a faster Doran voltron player in that decks meta and loved it he would see it and kill other players for me.
Paradoxical outcome is a great card an I have had alot of success with the card in vintage and as somethign that lets me play FOWs in a storm shell its quite awesome. Here however its not quite as good as I do not run a high enough % of cards that make it great. Becuase of that while its true it has more potential on the combo turn it will be very dead at all other phases of the game with quite a few of the hands I would get. FoF is consistent and the card quailty of this deck is pretty damn high it sees 5 cards and you get all of them as far as YW is concerned. While its not one of the strongest cards in the deck I have never felt it was underwhelming. Turn 1 ring into T2 FoF is not so much worse than t1 ring into t2 wheel. I would play somethign like gifts over it in a heartbeat but the bottom line is while Outcome is very powerful in the right deck I simply dont play enough to support it here. I have put it in my teferi deck though and I found it to be quite good thier where I have more artifacts and often spare mana and also in need of more good hit cards without acess to the tutors you get from black. I will say I do Main phase FoF here more foten than any other deck I play it in which can seems odd but its never felt like a weak card.
I'm not a huge fan at ability is relevant but at 4 mana it seems steep. If the life total was not 20 I could see it being playable but cavern of souls does it cheaper and even Dosan the falling leaf or city of solitude are Chelsea and protect all your things. Not the worst card in the world but I don't think it's that good.
The card is cool but there is no competitive reason to play it over jeleva in my mind as the green splash does effectively nothing,the best card you get is carpet of flowers. The card itself is not better either they both require a swing and he does not work when you run out of gas. Consider the vintage power lines you get are typically better than casting a 4cc creature and you want the command zone to be a way to not hit top deck mode or push through hate this seems like a poor choice . Storm will always be a strong deck and he is better than a random 5cc commander but just seems like a worse jeleva. I will say his combo turn when you cast something like time spiral would probably be very satisfying to play out.
ah missed triggers one of the many reasons I love mtgo simply cant happen. Our rule is pretty simple in paper if no one noticed they missed the trigger within a few seconds of them starting their main phase after drawing a card they take no damage. If they do notice you roll the dice odds always damage for us. not a big deal
Dark confidant is pretty good with 40 life. A lot better than other options here at least. I actually like him more in less competive decks or well slower decks to be honest. I don't think he's unplayable in a storm deck but he's not that good, it's a horrible card to see any time past turn 2 and not good enough in he opener without a Cmc 0 rock to be worth the trouble considering just how many cards you see after turn 2 by turn 3-5. Either way I voted for him because he's better than the other cards in general. He's amazing in hermit Druid but he's also been great for me in more casual mono black decks.
The thing I find most disheartening, well other than the fact that Donald ******* Trump is going to be our next president, is that if this were an actual vote and not a presidential election, we'd still have a democrat in the office. The electoral college system really has a way of making you feel like your vote doesn't matter.
For the record, I live in TN, a predominantly Republican state, and I've voted Democrat in every election I've been able to vote in since 2000.

No one knows what would happen if it was not based on the electoral college as the campaigns would have been run radically differently people in states that are not swing states who don't vote due to seeing it as useless might all the sudden vote money would have went to different areas adds ran in different places to say you know how it would be if it was another system is simply wrong. In fact the candidates themselves may have been different if it was a different system than what we have you simply cannot know. I personally know people in California that did not vote because there is no point to them because they live in California . I can see you wanting a different system but to make any assumption about this election after the fact assuming things were different is pure conjecture.
Well this is good for me personally Obamacare was my only issue in this election. I could care less about anything else if I'm being honest. If It was forced onto my companies it would destroy my livelihood and see many people I care about laid off and most likely result in the total liquidation of at least one of the companies my family owns as the extra hundreds of thousands of dollars in extra costs with no profit would have been impossible to manage for some of our small businesses . To everybody who is outraged that they we elected a racist etc etc realize not everyone voted for hate some of us cared about the issues. In my case I was very much aware of exactly what 4 more years of obamacare would have meant for me personally and simply put with that on the line it was a no brainer for me. Thank you to the people who voted and helped at least This guy out and thanks to the people who voted Hillary who lost with grace instead of spewing toxic garbage over the results.
