Spark Elemental is Also pretty handy when your on a budget
I find 18 lands to be plenty in this deck type if you are paying more then 3 for anything it likely doesnt belong here.
PWs out, they are slow and fat for minimal return
Fireball is always a classic, great for a big finish or taking out a few little targets
If you are running against alot of creatures Repercussion + Pyroclasm is devistating
The deck runs very smoothly even with the low land count, between bannerets, Sol Ring and Preeminent Captains.
I dont really like the Cohorts I mostly threw them in to up the Kithkin count and so I would have a good target for thoughtweft to champion
I really like Oust, since if they lack something I need to get rid of I can always bounce something before a Martial Coup or bring back a Captain of the Watch to use again.
Ajani's second ability is lovely and turns the little guys and tokens into a force
You're missing about 6 lands as well. Perhaps 3 swamp and 3 plains?
That would leave me way to land flooded, I think Im going to Opt for running a few fetches
4x Verdant Catacombs If it really seems to need it I could put in 2x Temple Garden and 2x Overgrown Tomb. But Im against raising the land count over 20 ever, for every time Ill be mana short at 18 is three times Ill be drawing lands when I desperately need a creature at 22, especially in what is mostly a mono green deck.
I really like Wickerbough Elder but this is for a tribal setting and I dont really see enough artifacts on enchantments to merit a main deck slot.
I havent play tested it much yet, but I played against very similar decks in the past, Garruk is a new addition as are the older cards such as the Seedlings and Storytellers.
There are only 2 cards in the deck that trigger the storyteller for my opponent and its garruk. Also the seedlings become scary when Doran hits the field, very similar to the Dourbark but at a 2G Cost.
Let me know of any feedback or suggestions you may have
I remember articles in Scryed when I was a kid, saying they wanted to make a new color of mana. This was in 96-97 thus making purple mana the second greatest Magic the Gathering Urban Legend, right behind Chaos Confetti.
other then that rits for the conspiracy is all I have to add
The challenge, do it with out power
Sticks are kinda expensive, consider the combo of Pyromancer Ascension and Feldon's Cane
I agree with the Browbeat and Fireblast options
