    Sakana is a cosmic playground consisting of several great space-dwelling Kho: huge living beings (legendary land-creatures) on which civilizations of people live. Each of the Kho is different, and has different mana types. People fly through space from corpus to corpus atop beasts capable of making such journeys. All the while, Nagano the restless seeks to devour her sibling Kho, and the nantuko monks living on Rogai continue unlock secret magics of the cosmos.

    Yes, but this only means "destroy" effects won't destroy it. Damage dealt to a planeswalker under normal circumstances removes loyalty counters. Going to the graveyard for having 0 loyalty is not something that indestructible stops.

    In what sense do you mean "does it work"? The card has no inherent wording or rules problems. Execution-wise, that might be a different story - people might be too reminded of Archangel's Light.

    So every deck is somewhat synergistic, it's just a matter of degrees; sometimes it's as simple as aggressive decks not playing cards that cost higher than three mana, just because the deck wants to make fewer land drops. Other decks, such as pure combo decks, are 100% synergy-based. So if you're actually into literal combos, I suggest you check out decks of that archetype.
