During our tribal wars games, one of my friends use Cavern of Souls to cast Ulamog's Crusher and says the cavern makes the big eldrazi uncounterable.

The confusion comes from how the cavern is worded. It says "any color", but Ulamog's Crusher is colorless. Can a colorless creature really be made uncounterable by Cavern of Soul's ability?

Build tribal decks or decks that are strictly themed around something. More flavor over function.

Themed deck is exactly what I did (deck in sig).
Limited the number of strong cards the deck has. Smile

    Legacy.

But I do have some low-powered casual decks. For playing with cousins and friends who only have standard decks or precons.

I haven't read most of the previous discussions, but just got curious why there's a Dromar's Cavern now in the deck.

If it's still a 2 color deck, wouldn't Dromar's Cavern be better off just being another plains or island?
The 4 Glacial Fortress should be enough mana fixing (in my opinion).

Hi. Have a simple question regarding Seraph Sanctuary and Emancipation Angel.

When I cast the angel and the permanent I want to return is the sanctuary, do I gain 1 life before the sanctuary is returned to hand?

Personally, I like the 7th to 10th edition art.

Who can regenerate after being vaporized in an explosion like that? Grin

Condemn is a good budget alternative to Path Exile.

I prefer using Condemn in the early turns (1 to 3), in my experience most of the time it's preferable for an opponent to gain extra life than ramp up their mana early in the game. Anyway, Condemn does have the downside that it would be almost useless against creatures that rarely wants to attack, such as Grim Lavamancer.

Yes, the fact that our justice system provides rights to the accused is a very comforting fact. I'm glad I live in a country where (when the justice system is working) there is a presumption of innocence and I can't be arbitrarily killed by any vigilante.

That's a relief I guess. For you and the people you wish to uphold rights for (child rapists).

Stop being obtuse. Your strawman is clearly analogous to this. Since all you can do is state over and over that it is not, and not actually explain why it isn't I'll just assume you concede the point.

Stop trying to distract the thread with other issues or edit the title.

I say even an accused rapist has rights. You accuse me of sympathizing with rapists.

    The presence of this thread.
    Your Great Work continues.

The supreme court says a rapist has rights. So logically you would accuse them of sympathizing with rapists.

Rights to be fought for by the accused rapist's lawyers.
The court is merely the one who decides cases.

    Quote from LogicX

This is ironic because half of this thread is violence fantasies and the other half are people clinging to the single emotion based argument that killing a rapist is fine merely because he is a rapist.

    Ok, so half and half.
    Where does that put you?

Are there any witnesses or surveillance cameras in the area? If none, then recovering the things are small.

Sorry to hear about your loss.

Hi. I've been using Emancipation Angel as a means to reuse the ability of Sejiri Steppe on my causal SFM + Angels deck.

A little confused because the ability comes from a land. If I play the Sejiri Steppe from hand to the battlefield, can my opponent respond with Echoing Truth to return the creature before it received protection from the steppe?

We literally have thousands of laws protecting the rights of thieves, murderers, rapists, etc. It's not just me buddy, it's the entire basis of our justice system.

You have thousands of laws as allies for your desire to make sure rights of criminals such as child rapists are enforced. The existence of those laws makes you feel better?

Can I ask you a question? Would you accuse Chief Justice Earl Warren of being a rape sympathizer since he ruled in favor or the rights of Miranda

This is "Father Who Killed Daughter's Alleged Molester Won't Face Charges" thread. Miranda is a different issue.

    I like your deck.

If you have the budget for it.
Honor of the Pure could be used instead of Shared Triumph, has the same mana cost but gives bonus to all your white creatures instead of just the spirits.

Instead of Peach Garden Oath, try some Oblivion Ring (they're cheap) and about to be reprinted in M13. So that the deck has a mainboard method of removing dangerous nonland cards that your opponent brings out.

    @Ensiferum

Sorry, I didn't notice you have SFM's in your decklist.
I take back the Virtue's Ruin suggestion.

Affinity is mostly colorless anyway, so Mother of Runes won't be too threatening.
Perish gets rid of Maverick's bigger creatures such as Ooze and Knight. The 3 Perish in your sideboard is good enough in my opinion.
