I can't get it to work on my MWS. %M just shows up as "M". I want to keep this as simple as possible to start with because complications tend to pile up and scare people off, so let's just stick to the basic tap and mana symbols. We'll add the fun stuff in the second iteration if we finish this one.
Okay, I take that back, monocolor hybrid isn't allowed either. I don't know how to make MWS display the symbols correctly.
A set skeleton might be a better way of making the colors balanced. If you're willing to go back and count the cards we've got so far, we can use your counter from now on.
unzip, paste your cards into 'input.txt', and run the .jar file. it'll convert the MWS spoilers into the format we post here.

Yeah, feel free to discuss cards. We can all edit our posts so please speak up if you see anything that you really don't like, and it's always good to tell people when they're doing something you really like.
I've got a script that can convert MWS spoilers into MTGS form, I'll go dig that up and post it later. I feel like that'd be really handy for these big blocks of cards. I'll also update the counter if someone else doesn't get there first.

shadowfenix, I've got a few comments on your cards because you may have missed a few things when making some of them. You don't have to make any changes if you don't want to, just make sure you've thought through these possibilities.
The permanent sorceries are common, so you'll probably see more than one a lot of times. They may get exponentially better as you get more and more of them.
Pingers are really good in draft, so Plaguing Echoes could be really powerful, especially since it can't be killed by removal like Prodigal Sorcerors can or Naturalized like an artifact or enchantment can.
Echo Edge copies can still be stacked onto one creature, since the equip ability doesn't need the creature to not have an Edge on it to target it like the copy ability does.
Echo Edge's copying ability will be on all the copies it makes, so you won't be able to stop the replicating with a simple shatter.
Dwarven Bar Brawlers is incredibly cheap for what it's doing. Two relevant cardshere that are both totally playable at their costs.
Double Strike and Haste aren't and have never been blue, but you probably know that already.
Also, this goes for everyone: if you're typing up the MWS spoilers by hand...
The four rarities are C, U, R, and MR (case sensitive)
The seven colors are W, U, B, R, G, Art, and Gld (case sensitive)
Your card number must be X/Y, where X and Y are both NUMBERS. they can literally be any digits you want, but they cannot be letters or symbols.
Rolling Sludge gets my Johnny excited. Seems like an expensive way to make tokens, but I'm sure there's a cool combo out there somewhere.
I think losing lifelink from Wall of Nematocysts entirely is the way to go. If you use it as a repeatable blocker you're going to be bouncing it before it deals damage anyway, and if you use it to get the lifelink bonus there aren't very many situations where someone is attacking into a creature with power without planning to kill it.

I've seen lots of new players that don't know that the mana pool exists, or that you can 'float' mana. That might be why this isn't at common. just putting that out there.
"cannot attack" looks really weird on a red card, but I guess we have a [card = "mogg flunkies"]precedent[/card] for that. I'm all for giving red more of this sort of enchantment-pseudoremoval.
Deathwimp is also really interesting, and it might even make a good R/B card because of its Crushing Pain-style synergy with burn spells.
Your original intent with Paradox Engine was to just have the proliferation clause, and it shows. The proliferation ability wants you to play artifacts with counters, and the Time Walk ability wants you to play lots of proliferate spells. You want the card to have one goal in mind. Either ability looks pretty interesting on its own, so don't fret too much about the fact that it might not do anything on its own.
I don't like planeswalkers in general, so I'm not the person to comment on Ivanna.
Companion of the Flesh is really the only card that I really have a problem with. The most prominent fact about Germs is that they are 0/0 creatures and are thus useless without their equipment, so it seems weird to have a card that eliminates that. How about "Germs get +2/+2 as long as they're equipped" instead?
Interesting conflict, that in order to destroy all creatures, you must have at least one creature on the table.
You've posted 44 cards so far, so you only get to add 6 more. Just a heads-up. I think I'll try and riff on that gnome theme a bit.
I'm all for your way of counting cards, I just don't want to have to go back through all 100+ cards and redo all the counting.
